Fast deposits and withdrawals, that's about it.... Can't really say anything else caught my eye after what they baited me into doing. Absolutely pathetic.
They lie when offering you promotions to deposit. When you win something on their "Lucky Wheel," their support is nowhere to be found. After about 2 days, they come back with: Oh, you know what, that offer isn't valid anymore. Sorry about that, but your spin/reward is still over.
Full game offering, all major providers integrated. Evolution, pragmatic, hacksaw, etc. A good collection of original games as well. The sportsbook offering is consistent.
BC.Game Cheats and Misleads VIP Players – Millions Wagered, Loyalty Abused.
I've been a high-level VIP at BC.Game, having wagered over $59 million and deposited (and lost) millions of dollars on their platform. After this staggering level of activity, you’d expect to be treated with some level of respect, transparency, and integrity. Sadly, the reality is the opposite — BC.Game blatantly cheats VIPs and hides behind technicalities to deny bonuses that are publicly promoted.
One of the most dishonest practices I’ve encountered revolves around loss back bonuses, which are supposed to compensate players who experience significant losses. Publicly, BC.Game promotes loss back offers as high as 50%, yet they routinely deny these to VIP players using shady excuses.
Their standard response?
"Loss back is only valid if you had a VIP host assigned at the time of your losses.”
This is not clearly communicated anywhere during signup, gameplay, or even when massive losses are happening. It’s a completely arbitrary rule, used only after the fact to justify denying large bonus claims. It’s manipulative and disingenuous.
Definitely one of my favorite casinos. Great games and a smooth overall experience. However, the customer support really needs improvement; it's extremely slow, and agents often can't answer even the most basic questions. With better support, this place would be perfect.

I have placed a tennis bet on a player to win a match, which he did, due to retirement of his opponent but in the second set. The bet was for 15,000, however BC game did not count it as a win.
THE WORST PART- When reaching out to their support, it took me 9 hours to get a reply saying “ We apologize for the
inconvenience you're experiencing right now. Please be informed that some sports bet may canceled in any specific reason sir.”
They have scammed me out of a 20k profit. Despite being an Obsidian level VIP, they don’t care to not only look after to you, but to reply in a relatively fast manner.

2. By far, the worst bonus system I've ever seen in 10 years. Weekly and monthly cashback, which you unlock after playing for a while, give you around 0.03% of your wager. The rest of the bonus before VIP 22 is basically non-existent.
