Only thing I like about this platform is the crash game. I have made and lost tons of money and I like this game and that the only thing I like about this site.
Bc.game has the worst support and VIP host. They don't respond to your query. I lost 25k INR due to deposit issue. No proper support even at VIP 43 level. VIP host doesn't respond even when he is online. The live chat support just followed the script with zero understanding of the situation.

I must have contacted them over 10 times a day, and each time, I was met with zero effort to help. My VIP host, who should be assisting me, also ignored every single message. Their lack of support felt intentional, almost as if they had no plans to release my winnings.
What’s truly heartbreaking is that a friend of mine went through the same ordeal—he’s been locked out from withdrawing his money for over four months, despite completing the KYC process. It’s clear that this platform has no regard for its players, especially when it comes to letting them cash out their winnings.
