it is ridiculous trying to withdraw your winnings. they drag it out by saying they need ID to prove who you are and when you send the relevant information they still ask for more by saying its too blurry when you blaintly sent it by PDF form. also only able to speak threw email or messenger is ridiculous. it takes s whole day to get back to you. its been over a week for me to withdraw and I still cant do it even though they have now said my information has finally been approved. They must do it thinking you will just give up and spend your winning, well sorry not ME.
