I am writing to request mediation regarding a withdrawal issue and account restriction with 1xBet.

* I requested a withdrawal, but it was rejected for additional verification.

* My account is currently restricted/frozen, and I cannot access my funds.

* I submitted all requested documents, including my ID, Passport, and an official Medical Certificate (to prove I am not a gambling addict) as specifically demanded by the operator.

* All documents were submitted 7 days ago.

3. The Problem (Repetitive Stalling): Since submitting the documents, I have received no progress. I have contacted them multiple times via live chat and email, but I keep receiving the exact same automated response: "Please wait, your case is under review." Even my detailed emails asking for a specific timeline are ignored with the same scripted reply. This is a clear stalling tactic.

4. My Goal: I have fulfilled even the most extreme verification requirements (ID and Medical Certificate). I request 1xBet to stop sending repetitive template answers, immediately unfreeze my account, and allow my withdrawal to be processed.

I am filing this complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (Player ID:sent to the casino ), which has been restricted and my funds have been blocked for over [30] days.

​I have already completed all the necessary verification steps and submitted all requested documents to the Security Department as per their instructions. On 12 March 2026, I made a UPI transaction of 10000 INR successfully. The amount was debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account and the bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully.

Process a refund back to my bank account if the deposit cannot be completed.

All required proofs have already been shared from my side. I would appreciate a clear update and resolution on this matter.

If this issue doesn't get's resolved then I'll leave this casino indefinitely

I added the the amount of 9863 inr in my 1xbet account on 12/02/2026 and since then, I am following up with them, they asked the bank statement and then they asked a video showing the transaction in the bank application. I shared all the information and my payment inquiry is still showing in progress. Please do the needful. I am sharing my details.

I have a fully verified account with 1xBet. For over two weeks, I have attempted multiple withdrawals. Each withdrawal is initially accepted and marked as “processing,” but after 10–18 hours, it is automatically canceled with messages such as “Technical issues 01” or “Payment processing error.”

I have contacted 1xBet live chat multiple times. Each time, I am told to wait 24 hours and that the payments department is handling it.
