Nothing much to like the chat staff are hopeless, they do not know what is going on with withdrawals.
Just about everything, the chat staff are useless, anything to delay withdrawals if you can get them at all. And everytime I do try to chat I have to go over to grand fortune and talk to a vip agent there to get them to try and get answers, and for some reason today I was informed from raging bull that I was no longer a vip.

Made a deposit using bitcoin and took 45 minutes for them to process the money. I only new that it was processed because my bitcoin wallet sent me an email saying that I sent $125 to Raging Bull's address. Nothing was in my account after 1 hour. I contacted customer service and after arguing with her she manually put $125 into my account!!! What is this?
If you deposit using bitcoin, you can't withdraw with bitcoin. The only payout method is wire transfer.I should've read the reviews before depositing. $125 flushed down the toilet.

If you expect to actually get paid if you win then don't open an account with Raging Bull Casino. It's truly that simple...they do not pay out peoples' winnings. I fully expect to see this site shuttered any day now...was told most recently that we have "new owners" and it has caused some delays.....anyone playing here will not see their money, they're clearly just keeping the ship afloat as long as possible to collect as many deposits as they can before closing the doors and disappearing.
This casino is not a legitimate site...after becoming frustrated with the delays tactics for my most recent withdrawal I was told they have "new ownership" and it has caused "delays". If you look at the casino complaints for this site since January 1st, 2017 you'll see literally dozens of unresolved complaints about non-payment without even a response from the casino.

This site will be closed soon and sweep away all legitimate customer balances...like so many others have done in the past.Then in a few months you'll see a "new casino" named Raging Rhino or Snorting Bull or some other bull&$# name to start the whole scam over again.

Rtg games, nice Bonus. Attractive layout. Fast server. No lag.
Waiting months now to get my withdraws. They never answer to the phone. I never succeed to make any withdraw in 3 attempt. Very unusual verification process.(They ask a print of your credit card, not only a copy like others). Live chat have no direct access to management. Live chat is available to help with deposit, but they will put you on hold fore ever if you ask any reason for delayed paid out.

They act very suspiciously lately. There is a lot of complain not answered from them.

I would not suggest this casino in the actual situation.

They get 0 stars from me. Tried to withdraw $200 just before christmas last year. Sent in all of my ID verification documents and like I usually do I email to confirm they received them and that all documents are there. They responded with yes and that they'd review it and email when approved. Over the month of January I sent them multiple emails which went unanswered until I showed my frustration. Then they said it was in the hands of the finance department and once they approve it I will be notified. Another Two weeks went by I emailed three different accounts, one being the accounts team, another the customer service and the other being a VIP account manager. I got a response two days later saying that they approved my withdrawal (BUT OF $130)?? And it is now March I STILL haven't received a cent.

Don't sign up to raging bull they are c***, their customer service is the lowest I've come across and THEY DON'T PAY!

Nothing positive to say. Games are ok but they are all the same
They have non-existing responsible gaming facilities. There is no information about responsible gambling on the website either. Some of the staff do not know what 'self-exclusion' means and will ask you to explain it to them.

I spend 2 weeks trying to confirm if my emails (10 emails to 3 different email addresses) had been received and all I got was responses to questions which I never asked for. The live chat attempted to not to close my account upon request but tried to offer me a bonus instead (I did ask for self-exclusion).

After two weeks several hours spent, emails and live chat attempts I found out that they could not locate any of my emails. I had spent hours in writing to them and apparently they received nothing. Obviously I have these emails on my sent folder so either they are lying or their email is seriously malfunctioning.

I asked for a refund as I managed to deposit about 24 hours after my request for selfexclusion which was ignored.

I was told that they would not help me with this.

I asked details for adr entity and licencing authority and they refused to give these to me and said its the higher ups that hold this info. However I can not contact these 'higher ups' as I have no contact info to them plus my emails just 'magically' disappear.

I would not recommend this to anyone, the customer service is awful to non excisting and as can be told from the previous reviews, there really are better places to spend your money.

If you ever experience any problems you are looking at a unpaid full time job in trying to contact them.

I am not sure how they are allowed to practice in the UK.

The only bonus is deposits are quick. As long as you are only spending money there should be no problems.

I like it when I call a casino that can actually help. However I'm not picky, I'd be ok if they'd just would answer a call, or return an email. Unfortunately Raging Bull Casino does not find it as important as I do.
This has been by far the cliche "worst casino experience ever!". These guys allowed me to deposit a load of money, yet I make my first pay out request for $1,900 on the 22nd of February & I can't get anyone to respond. I've tried numerous times via phone, email, & live chat,(which is a joke they just ask if they can help you & then can't or just don,t) .

I'm normally a patient guy, but I've been given the "document request" run around at a couple online casinos. So my first action after submitting documentations to go over everything I was to send in with a representative & verify I had sent everything they would need, & that I had sent it to the correct department. So when I sent my documents in on the 19th & 20th (before my actual payout date) & get no response by Raging Bull Casino, that was when I began to worry.

I can not even begin to tell you guys how upset this has made me. I spent sooooo much money & enjoyed the games they had. Then to finally cash out & it be a decent amount I was so excited. Then to be completely ignored & see my payout request sit there untouched just makes my stomach churn.

The only option I saw when cashing out was via bank wire. However they take bitcoin. I don't understand why they didn't offer that up at the time of my cash out. To be honest with you guys I am beginning to feel this is not just a isolated problem. I think the business is shutting down & they are just taking in the the most they can before they disappear. Nothing to say good about them, their customer service does not basically exists, impossible to get an answer from them.
They are absolute scam don't play with this people they have declined my withdraw 4 times without explanation, they don't answer to email, phone calls nothing!!! I assume they v just stolen my 470 dollars then, tried to contact them for a month and a half and nobody has given me an answer yet on why this is happening.

There's absolutely nothing to like about this casino. Do not play here, they are definitely the worst and most unprofessional outlet I have ever come across.I am actually going to reach out to Real Time Gaming (the software they have licensed to make the casino function) and let them know what an outright scam this place is.
Casinos have the ability to pay out as quickly as they collect.Think about it... why should they be able to bill and debit your cards in split seconds, but when you win you are talking about 10 "business days" of waiting?!?! Perhaps some security is needed to ensure proper payout, but a huge part of their business is holding on to as much money for as along as possible.It's called their "float". The longer they have more money... your money, they are happy. They come up with a bunch of different reasons why they cannot pay quicker but in the end it's all BS.

I liked the look of site and games and most of the agents seemed nice and helpful even if they were misinformed or giving me false information.
Where do I begin? This was the worst experience. I was so hopeful when I played through bonus and won enough to request a withdrawal. I spoke to a rep and did everything they asked me to. While I was gathering documents printing and filling out the form my husband won and received payout from ignition like a breeze so I was expecting the same experience...

Nope! After asking to deposit I did and received confirmation email. I played and won $300 so I cancelled my request and asked to withdrawal with new winnings. This I'm assuming was my mistake. My account was blocked from withdrawal and I spent a week in the phone requesting help in rectifying apologizing and telling them my deposit still hadn't been taken from my bank. After a week if the "finance dept will get back to you" I was told my deposit never went through my winnings were void but if I deposit again I'll get my original $100 payout from bonus winnings. I did this checked that it was received and played it... I leave them alone to rectify my account only to receive an email that I was denied. Every agent I asked including a supervisor told me I would get my original winnings. I feel scammed and robbed of my time and energy giving them what they asked for just to be continuously lied to and then denied my winnings. Pretty disgusted and disappointed.

Just opened up an account the other day- the interface is nice! Customer service was good too. I deposited 3 or 4 times... one time I used a bonus code. Last time I deposited I won 600+ played it down to 300 and cashed out.... I went right into a customer service chat and Alex let me know I would have the money in my account in 5-10 working days. In online casino talk I think this means two weeks... hopefully I am surprised and it's there before thanksgiving- goodness knows the take the money in real time, wonder why it can't the other way at the same speed.
I don't like that there is not a quicker way to cash out. Perhaps someone can enlighten me from the casino?

CARE!!!!!Accepting any bonus on deposit you are accepting that you can not withdraw more than $2,400 even after playthrough... Won a total of over $18,000 and informed can only withdraw $2,400 of that even though all play through has been completed... Only way to withdraw again is to lose the $18,000 first... Very disappointing and makes the bonuses unusable.. Real shame as the actual games are very nice.

I can't say nothing bad about the actual site, I enjoyed the games.
The fact I wagered the free bonus and withdrew, I had to send tons of id in and they want me to deposit 30 to my account in order to withdraw. The whole reason of using free bonus was so I didn't have to deposit yet, which if I did that will prob have a wagering on and I'll end up spending my own cash, its been around 4days now and still not resolved, no payment, nothing.. I've never had so much mess on to withdraw. Seems to me they don't like to pay out. No free number to ring from uk either :( and live help are no help at all.

Thanks for your comments. Just briefly again. There was a valid reason for not responding to the complaints in a timeous manner. We were not receiving the email notifications of the complaints, thus we were not aware of them. AG knows us well and we are generally quick to respond and resolve. There have been cases where the complaints have been resolved but not marked as completed by the original complainant. As for your concerns pertaining to weekly withdrawal limits. These limits increase per VIP tier and are not necessarily implemented by us the casino, but mostly by our processors.

We have been in the gaming business for a very long time and I can assure you that we are well liked in the industry by both players and guys like AG. At the end of the day, it's up to you whether you wish to game with us or not, but I can assure you that we are above board and do our very best to look after our players. There are two positive points I like the Name and the Curacao Licence (Not 100 percent liking it but ill give a half thumbs up).
Ok by looking at the current complaints in progress which are unresolved, the capped maximum per week on withdrawals, no E-Wallet WIthdrawals this indicates to me that they don't like to pay in a hurry, umm never heard of these guys got a invite somehow they know my email god knows how and yeah my gut feeling is stay away from this one guys.

Signed up to raging bull after I had already signed up to most of the known RTG casinos.......wish I had signed up to this one first!! For a long time I thought that Raging Bull doesn't accept players from my country. Usually I saw no deposit offers and saw that my country was restricted. Earlier this month I registered at Malibu Club casino which is their sister site, so I thought maybe I could play here as well. I was right. I went through registration, email validation and my profile was all set.

I visited then the cashier and saw that they offer 50$ no deposit bonus, which is a really nice amount, and they have Real Time Gaming software, where I usually have luck with meeting wager. I checked their terms and it stated the same thing as their sister site that players from my country cannot withdraw from free bonuses until 3 deposits have been made. Then I spoke to live support about this. If their sister site had really bad support, then this one was fast and willing to help.

At first support told me that I could play with this no deposit, but when I copied the bonus terms, she admitted that I was right and I had to make 3 deposits in order to withdraw no deposit. I asked why there was this no deposit bonus in my cashier and I was told something like- I Guess you can play with it but you will not be able to withdraw if ever you win unless you make 3 successful deposits.In my opinion, it sounded a little slippery, and when I asked if I could wager the bonus and only then make 3 deposits, and withdraw, I received a positive answer. I then asked if it wouldn’t be some kind of abuse and I got answer; „No lol”.I wasn't sure about that, but I still tried and used the chip. To answer your question on why the bonus was in your cashier, even though there are bonus restrictions on your country is due to when the automated procedure runs. The procedure runs hourly, which means there are times where accounts are registered before the procedure has completed the run, allowing players to redeem the bonus.

Raging Bull Casino uses the Real Time Gaming software. I noticed that many of the data, which I found here on the AskGamblers, related to this casino needs update.

I will first start from the restricted countries. Since some time ago Raging Bull let’s say accepts players coming from my country too - Bosnia and Herzegovina. Then, also the fact that the casino does not have in offer e-wallet services as payment method should be updated. In fact, the Raging Bull accepts the two most popular e-wallet services for deposit and withdrawal such as Skrill and Neteller. For the end, the information about the no deposit bonus also should be updated. It is true that the casino offers 50 EUR without deposit but the information for the wagering requirements for this bonus are not correct. It says that the wagering requirements for this bonus are 30 x bonus but it is true that they are 35 x bonus. I do not like that this bonus is non-cashable bonus but, as it is about no deposit bonus that is not so important.

In last time I had bad results in gambling and big minus, so mostly I play for free chips. Of course I was happy for the fact that players from my country now are welcome in the Raging Bull. Before I took this bonus, I had problems with the verification of the e-mail address. Something was wrong with the link on which I was supposed to click to verify the e - mail address. Both problems at Grand and Raging bull seem to have been resolved. Play time at Grand for last 2 deposits have greatly increased. I hope it stays as such and the problem at Raging of being cut off every time I tried for a jackpot also has seemed to stop. I was playing while a jackpot won and was not cut off this time. I did not win the jackpot but at least this time I had a fair chance at it.
Still only one withdraw method that has a fee attached with it. I would like to see more withdraw options.
