Good selection of games to play with cash only. Because you cannot use your bonus money on any slots, just very few selected games for bonus play....

The first deposit money you can use only on 20 games they selected out of hundreds, I have played before on one of sister site and you can use your bonus money on many slots just few slots were excluded. They just change their terms that you can use bonus money only on selected games. So I joined this site without checking it and regret it after I made my deposit.
The games they selected for bonus money I would never play those If I had option, anyways you can't fulfill wagering requirement with those games so It's a total waste.

They offer a big deposit offer but you can't use it play your favorite games. just avoid this casino unless you like to play with cash only.

Lack of bonuses the website should be easier to set deposit limits and so you cannot reverse withdrawals for people who are susceptible to gambling addiction. I started playing on Magical Vegas few years back, and the site only got better through the years. There are new games and new offers regularly and that's what keeps me going. I would also like to add that the Customer Service Team is great - they always help me the best way they can!

Been a member since ages now. Never had any issue with the site nor its games. My fav would be the slots. It’s always good to get a few free spins hehe. Not a big fan of table games but I do enjoy a few rounds on live casinos. The bonuses are good, I can always expect something for the weekend!

My wife introduced me to Magical Vegas LOL! She’s a stay at home mum, so she enjoyed playing the games. I never understood why until I started to play as well! Been a member at magical vegas for some time now and still enjoying the site! I’ve had some bad experience on other sites, but I must say this site is the best so far. I would surely recommend Magical Vegas to my friends and colleagues. I’ve noticed that each month, the site comes up with new games and different themes. Being a casino player for 8 years, this is something great I would say. My husband has also just signed up an account. He likes it and spends a lot of time playing as well. Very good site!

Not trying to be bad but I think Magical Vegas needs to review its withdrawal process. It took me 4-5 days to receive my money. I am sure the site can improve on that.

Good selection of games, no connection issues. Good bonus system and live chat.

Overall this seems a decent casino to play at but unfortunately we have the same issue here like we do at most lesser known casino's.

PENDING PERIOD - this is a tactic used by these casino's in the hope that the player will reverse the withdrawal. I signed up to 3 new casino's recently and all 3, including this one had a lengthy pending period up to 72 hours. There is no other use for pending period's over 12 hours other than the casino clinging onto hope that the player reverses. It is a very dirty tactic and it needs to stop. All the top casino's have pretty much got rid of pending period's.

This is the only downfall with this casino. I will update this review when my withdrawal finally gets approved and paid to me.

Got an email with Offers valid for selected funded players only from 10th to 23rd October 2017. Free bonus carries a 25x WR and can be used on all slots excluding progressives. Maximum withdrawable winnings from free bonus is £25.Won £120 and it then dropped to £20 after wagering requirements.Then got up to £130 which it then said £10 in bonus rest in bonus wins.contacted support and was told once I met the requirements I would get £5? What is wrong with this site. I got over £250 and even after meeting requirements would only get £5 if I was lucky to play through it again!

Same as user Suzy1122 - they give free spins which you can win from, then you have to wager those winnings 25x times but you can then only keep £5 as 'real money' and the excess is voided.

Ok fair enough, but it turns out if you play with those £5 and win, it doesn't matter as you can only withdraw £5 anyway, and if you make a bigger withdrawal they void the rest, even if you had to deposit to withdraw, leaving you out of pocket!!

In my case I won £80 from the £5 I was allowed to keep from free spins + wagering requirements, put in £20 to be allowed to withdraw to my new payment method, tried to withdraw £80 and only got £5 back and the rest voided! £15 out of pocket for no work on their part!

Good reviews of slots, easy layout on website to find different slots and account details

Deposited my first deposit of £10 after receiving a text with an offer that I would get 200 free spins from this. Terms and conditions are misleading and need to be updated as unclear. I was aware there was a £5 maximum winnings from the free spins but wasn't aware that this was the maximum you could win and withdraw after wagering of 25X. The terms and conditions state £5 maximum win from free spins but then go and say the maximum winnings is £200 straight after this bit which is misleading! After spending an hour wagering £1.40 from spins (luckily won a bonus) seeing over £100 In my account to go back to being £5 is ludicrous and time wasting! I have not know a casino to give you free spins and have it capped at £5 winnings.

Nothing really, site is a good lay out but other than that it's not that good.

Take take take kind of site, poor offers/bonuses. Hardly no play for your deposits. Wanted to close my account and practically had to beg them. Too many copy and paste replays from the live chat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very Bad playing Experience here, Live chat was by far the worst response and help I have ever got as a V.I.P Member.
Be sure to only deposit 20£/E/$ When playing here so they don't take a run for your money, very shady customer service reps, which 3 gave me different excuses which didn't add up....

NEVER take a bonus offer/free spins from them when you do the bonuses never expire and become expired and when they do you have to wager through dread bonuses once depositing as Cash without taking a bonus offer. Regardless of having 0£ bonus balance soon you hit spin it magically turns to Bonus funds and the bonus is reactive in your account so you have to play through x50 or x35 of playing... and then to have it all taken away what they call max cashout 5£ when you freshly deposited.

Stay clear of this casino and well clear of there sister casino spinandwin and bingo cafe.

Good Selection of games, Good chat customer support, Nice FB page and staff.

VIP is a total scam. Worked up to Ruby and got less offers and promotions than I did when I was a basic player. To benefit from a bonus at Ruby you have to deposit £50 or more at a time.

VIP customer support is a joke. Takes days to get back to you with rushed basic responses avoiding giving proper answers.
Trip to Vegas draw was never announced on the site as it should have been.
VIP page got taken down so you don't know what you get for levels anymore, been saying they are changing it for 3 months now.

Deposited thousands and get treated like you are nothing (not by chat or FB just VIP support) Have to agree with some of the above, the £5 maximum winnings is a bit of a joke on the free spins, could be coincidence but deposits to play time was extremely low the slots seem to go 100 spins without features and very rare you get good wins. Matt seems to be OK and a little more understanding but I closed my account today because whoever it was, was just obnoxious and didn't want to do anything to help or rectify.

My honest review would be there are much better casinos out there to play at where you will get a lot more for your money and better VIP support.
Would not recommend based on the good selection of games as many others have the same. Disappointing.

Customer Service. I had an account with there sister site Spin and Win in 2012. Due to over gaming it became apparent to me to slow down and quit gambling for a while.

I stupidly decided to join Magical Vegas one night, at this point, once I entered my details ie. Same Name, same DOB same user name as I always use (martinb17) same email but I accidentally missed a letter out. There was no way I was trying to pretend to be someone else because I know how this works, everything is verified etc. But still i was aloud to open a new account. Surely this should be enough to stop the player from opening up the account and depositing £780 in 7 different transactions.

Now I know it is not all up to the casino and I am trying my best to stay on the straight and narrow, but please bear in mind we are talking 3 years later with the same details and they still opened up a new account for me.

When I went onto live chat to ask why it was not blocked they advised "it would of been found out eventually" and then advised I asked if I had withdrawal what would of happen and I was referred to the Claus stating any funds winnings and deposits will be forfeited. They are telling me I tried to be someone else but I 100% wasn't I am just a very stupid gambling addict.

I am under no illusion I am partly at fault but feel the casino (magical Vegas) are at a win win situation and have not got £780 of my money and I had a 0 % chance of winning on.

I would like to see if they are able to refund my deposit but they keep rejecting my complaints. Can anyone help at all? Thanks
