On the 16th July I won £700 and then the 20th July I won £150. This is now the 8th August 2018 and I am still waiting for the winnings to be put into my bank.
This wasn't a problem the week before when I withdrew £400 and it was in my bank within 5 days. Now they seem to be holding off.
I have contacted them and they said the bank was holding up the payment. I contacted the bank and they said there is no payment. Then i contacted magical on the 6th and they said the payment was processed on wednesday the 1st August. I called them today and they said it should be there by 6pm. What is going on???

hi i would just like to update and say i am still waiting on my funds but i am certain it is the banks error not yours... i would just like to keep this open though just in case it my money does end up back with magical vegas
