The following situation:

I got 4 free spins stake 1 euro for playing on the site in the game Jack and Beanstalk, played these 4 free spins and then continued playing directly in the game for 0.40 cents. Then after a short time I got the 10 free spins in the game including 2 Jack Wilds, after 8 free spins I was winning to almost 12 euros, but the game suddenly had an error. I wanted to restart the game and now the problem comes, the game is not available on this casino site at all because I am still in the game was in the free spins. The win was not credited to my account, the support made me wait 2 weeks, and then came the biggest cheek I've ever experienced.

I get 20 FS worth 3 euros instead of crediting me with the profit of almost 12 euros (possibly higher since there are still 2 free spins available + 2 jack wilds in the main game)... I also had free spins for coins for the game Gonzo quest, which I never got to play either, because it's not available at all...for me. That's not acceptable at all and absolutely to be condemned and also pointed out here... I mean, where are we going when you win your game not credited? So be careful, it is possible that a game is canceled and then no longer available and the win in the game is not credited at your account!

They've had a great selection of games, and especially live dealer games. I also do like the overall website, good design and a user friendly UI and it's easy to navigate the site in general.

It's good to have bonuses but they do need to at least have them be available on each country that this casino caters to. Along with providers, not all countries are provided. even in payment methods as well.

I deposited 300; won a little; and was able to withdraw my winnings in a few days. No fees.
The structure of the website seems clear & logical; if only the site would work.

The site is incredibly slow & clumsy. It just doesn't work. There is some big circle rolling all the time in some part(s) of the page. It is disturbing. Other casinos & sites work normally on my laptop; so the problem is not on my end. This is the main reason I ended up closing my account.

Everyone seems to love Fantasino and I can see why. 2500 games and innovative seamless gameplay. Quick cashout and good payment options. This is something new and different.
