This is literally my last resort to try and get this sorted. I've been trying to withdraw since Monday and it's now Wednesday. I keep being told that theres an error with the IT department and withdrawals aren't able to be issued, even though deposits are working fine. Its unacceptable that it's been 3 days and now I'm being told it could be several more days. If withdrawals cant be processed, then the casino should not be accepting deposits

AskGamblers Complaints Team has just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Fantasino Casino management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.
