Withdrawals not working


This is literally my last resort to try and get this sorted. I've been trying to withdraw since Monday and it's now Wednesday. I keep being told that theres an error with the IT department and withdrawals aren't able to be issued, even though deposits are working fine. Its unacceptable that it's been 3 days and now I'm being told it could be several more days. If withdrawals cant be processed, then the casino should not be accepting deposits

Yes, we are completely aware of the entire situation sir. We understand the urgency of it and how it's affecting our players.

Every day I'm asking for updates and we truly hope it's solved at any moment. As soon as I get a confirmation from Upper Management, I will immediately let you know. My apologies it has taken so long, Stephen.
