Fact that I talk to 9 different chat agents went from 3 days pay time to 5 then to 7 now and to 10 days.
Every single thing said is a lie.
No phone in working order! Can't reach finance department.
I get the feeling this is a garage or something. Stalling on 2 payments 962 and 654.
Anyone have any info on them please? I tried find owner regulatory details I know they in Cypress but nothing.

They will spam your email to death. I have unsubscribed many times and also marked their mail as spam and still their spamming mails about bonuses etc keeps coming, this makes me question how this casino manage get around the spam notice (they use the same emails every time) and their unsubscribe page clearly lies when they say you have been unsubscribed because the emails (read 'spam) keeps coming.

I've wrote emails to them many times asking them to close my account and to stop sending me emails but no response or confirmations - I have tried to send emails to every email address noted on their site but nothing.

I advice all people to take a look at what players have to say about this casino and all the complaints and then decide if this is a casino you really would want to trust your money with.

Few days ago I joined WinBig 21 casino. They are powered by Rival software and I found a no deposit bonus offer so I decided to give them a try with a freebie, although I noticed they have many complaints on AskGamblers. I tried to register from an affiliate link, but it didn't work, so I just signed up, hoping to see a no deposit bonus in the cashier, as it usually happens. After registration, I saw that the cashier was only full with deposit bonuses, large deposit bonuses like 500% match and even more. Maybe I'm just odd, but bonuses like that often make me think the casino won't be trustworthy.

Then I decided to speak to live chat, as I wasn't gonna deposit there just yet. Luckily I didn't have to wait at all and after I told the bonus code to support and refreshed the page, I saw that my balance was credited with 319€. I am quite sure it's the biggest no deposit bonus I've ever received. But of course there was a catch.

It was a multi stage bonus with 2 stages. In the first stage I should wager 700€ within 60 minutes, then I would need to make a deposit and then wager everything again. But it gets only worse and worse, the maximum withdrawal would be only 342€ which is my initial bonus amount + 25€ deposit I would need to make. Honestly I felt like laughing after this conversation with live chat, this was one of the worst bonus offers I was given. I read that after the first stage the bonus would be deducted and if I had less money than the bonus amount, I wouldn't be able to get to next stage..So complicated and unnecessary.

Needless to say that my time at Winbig 21 was shorter than those sixty minutes for 1st stage! Most Rival casinos offer no deposit bonuses that just have huge wagering requirements, but in this case there were so many little hidden details in this bonus that made it absolutely undesireable. At some point I asked another question to live chat and no one answered to me anymore. Although the lobby and game selection looked decent, nothing else was decent about them unfortunately and I'm sad I wasted my time there at all.

So summary - they open casino 6 months -and after 6 month you can googled only bad things about this place. So I wanna warning other players, Winbig21 is not trusted and safe casino. If you win small amount in this place then maybe they pay you after 1 - 2 month. But if you win some good, big amount then they probably never pay you your winnings.

I definitely do not recommend this place .
