I have 2 withdrawals pending for months now with Winbig21 casino. I have sent several emails to their support requesting payment or at least refund my R250 deposit I made before I could withdraw. They keep on giving the same answer that my withdrawal will be processed soon. Even when I chat with their agents I get the same answer that my withdrawal is in a queue and its been months now. I mean if they don't want to pay then they can refund my deposit then.
