Unfortunately, I had a not so great experience at SIACasino. The selection of games was okay, but I didn't find it to be anything special. Additionally, I had some issues with the bonuses not being credited to my account properly.
I reached out to customer support, but it took multiple attempts to get a response and the issue was never fully resolved.
The website itself was also not the easiest to navigate and I found myself getting frustrated trying to find the information I needed.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend SIACasino based on my personal experience.

I like the no hassle fast cashouts, the no max cashout, no wagering free spins and golden chips that I find in my account fairly regularly. The support makes things so painless and stressfree. This is one of few that I'm not terrified to contact support lol. Funny, not funny, I'm serious. The promos are always there, and a good mix of slots, live tables and sports betting also add to the enjoyment.

The one thing I dislike, and it's really not much of a concern to me, is maybe the library of slots could be bigger. In this day and age casinos have a huge selection to choose from. I'm not a fan of the massive selections at some places, but a few more here wouldn't hurt.

I took their generous Welcome Bonus and it paid big time.
First off I noticed all the different games available, classic Superhero ones in particular, had a great run on Batgirl and found the slots mostly loose enough that they provided lots of game play. So many casinos today feel like the last but not here. I tried their live games and again I don’t believe the provider was the usual Evolution, had some minimal luck on a Bingo game I’d not seen before. I ended up playing for a few days before I verified, which was painless, and withdrew, on Interac which hit my bank account in 2 days. They’re also not stingy with sending free spins from time to time. I would suggest that anyone in Canada give this place a try.

I can’t think of anything other than once you use up the welcome bonus’ there doesn’t seem to be anything else available besides a play $10 in one slot and get 10 free spins after, which is ok, it won’t deter me from playing here again.

One of the best online casino around, lightning speed withdrawal for Canadian player, fast account verification, 24/7 friendly live support, a lot of jackpot slot games that we can enjoy.

Of course not all of my favorite slot games available because nothing has a game provider such as Microgaming, Netent, Play'n GO. I hope soon become available.

Casino Payouts have drastically dropped since it became SIA, even bonuses are fewer with very low payouts. I will stick to other online casinos, I know I won't win all the time, but the difference is very noticeable.

Nothing at all. It doesn't matter if you win or not, you will be deemed to have lost my their "line management team". Interac e transfer only bright side, but of course they make it easy to deposit! Haha

Scam artists. I placed a sports bet on e sports on a team to win a best of 1 map, with no option for tie betting. When the match ended in a tie they said I lost because the bet was on a portion of the first map. I have screen shots of the bet showing that the bet was on the full map and the map was tied but instead of voiding the bet the said I lost. Will be reporting them. STAY AWAY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY USELESS!

Stay away! They make it easy to deposit money and make bets... I've never had problems until they started cancelling my winning bets before they need to pay. I'm still shocked by this shameful behavior from a sports betting site.

They are the most shady, illegitimate, online betting website I have ever used (I've used many and never complained.) I have some prop bets made months previous and they will go through and cancel the ones they are about to pay out and leave others. Absolutely shameful!

The only good thing about this site is how easy it is to create an account and deposit money. But that is only because the easier it is for you to create an account and deposit money, the easier it is for them to STEAL it. You read that right, they STEAL your money! Please read my comments in the cons section.

DO NOT use sportsinteraction.com. I made several winning bets but they refused to pay me out. they voided all my winning bets. when i called to complain they CLAIMED that the bets were made while the site was experiencing technical issues during the time of 7pm to 9pm. that is so BS!! Then I asked, why did you honor my losing bets? Why not void those too since they were made at 8pm during the time they CLAIM they were experiencing technical issues. The rep said, those losing bets were valid. OMG WTH?!?!?! DO NOT USE SPORTSINTERACTION!!! They are scam artists! and the site should be flagged and shutdown!!

OK site. Placing bet can take forever and ever. If you want to deposit money its fast and simple.

The biggest issue here with this site is paying his customers. Getting your winning is pain unlike other sites. They delay your withdrawal so that you can cancel it and continue betting. This is how I stop using them. My advice if you are the type that want your winning back fast and easy then don't use this betting site.

The site works fairly well, it's a Canadian company, and the online chat was prompt and helpful.

A warning to casual bettors - don't plan on ever getting the "free" signup bonus. The rollover requirement for the signup bonus was not disclosed, or if was, it was well hidden. I never would have signed up if I knew about it. To actually get my $100 signup bonus, I have to place another $2,000 of bets. Given that the vig is about 5%, that means all told, the "free" signup bonus is worth... nothing.

Turns out, bookies rip off clueless bettors - who knew?

The live dealers are not bad. Could do better with the freezing and disconnections.

1. Casino Manager said they did not change the table limit and was unaware of it. They said it was done by their live dealer partner.

a. Their Customer Support already admitted earlier that they did it and it was done "across the board".
b. Evolution Gambling (casino provider) denied doing this. In fact, it was Evolution Gambling who 'fixed' the problem and said there was indeed an issue.
c. Even if it was their business partner who was responsible for this I have every right to question Sports Interaction and I know nothing about their "business partners".
d. If you read reviews from other sites. There have been instances when Sports Interaction would just cut a player's limit if that player is winning and players complained about it. There is a not a first.


2. Casino Manager said because my limit was cut into half it reduced my potential loss.

a. What about my potential win? They tried to offer me $500 bonus with another 100% match up deposit. I previously returned their $350 bonus because it is more of a liability to me because they don't tell you the requirements before you can withdraw your winnings. Read the fine prints.

3. Bottomline is, if you win a huge amount of money from the way you play (example: by doubling your bet after initial bet) there is no stopping them from controlling how much you can bet the next time.

Example: 1st bet: $1000 (lost) 2nd bet $2000 (lost) 3rd bet ($6000) you already lost a total of $9000 here. Now you are confident you can bet $10,000 here because the table limit is $15,000 BUT they will only allow you to bet $7,500 because they can do it and they will do it! If you lose they will tell you that they actually saved you money by reducing your loss but what they will not tell you is they will allow you to win back what you have lost in the first three bets! Very cunning. This is done during the game NOT before so there is no warning because any of their 'supposed partners' can do it without prior notice. SCUMBAGS!

4. I will be consulting a third (legal) opinion and hopefully this will reach Better Business Bureau, BCLC and even the court if need be.

5. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND DECEITFUL PRACTICE. They hide from technicalities but will target you and make sure you won't be able to play the game the way you do. I will make sure people will hear this experience of mine. Even contemplating on writing the media!

It has live dealers although lots of freezing and disconnection. They tell you it's your internet but I don't believe it.

First, withdrawing money back into your account could take ages compared to other casinos. I won more than 100k and I was told that twice per week withdrawal and then they changed their mind and said I could only withdraw once a week no more than 10k. Second, I find this casino very unfair. I was winning with my way of betting but they made a move to cut the table limit by half. This means I could no longer keep doubling my bet for a few times after each lost as the limit has been reduced by 50%. They said this is "across the board" but I find so many players in Canada who has the 'normal table limit' of 15k rather than only 7,500k. I complained to their live support (third party provider) who will investigate this matter separate from Sports Interaction customer service who is very much unhelpful. I lost all my winnings and I am smelling something fishy. I think they can't just change the table randomly when you are playing the game. Makes me think they are spying on me to make sure I won't win again. I am still waiting for the investigation by the third party.

Extremely excited and not looking to keep the entire amount in the account... I requested a withdrawal. Quick withdrawals, sports book is fine enough.

I hate to say it, but the casino slots can sometimes pay out, lol. At 1-2 dollars I climb up to 700-800 every now and then from 50, and even hit 6k once, before, as usual for us slotheads, I gave it all back because I am an idiot.

This will be my review for Sports Interaction casino. As the name of casino says itself, this casino offers sports bets, but the reason I joined them is because it's powered by two software's and one of them is my absolute favorite and it's Playtech.

I signed up and decided to make a 30€ deposit and play with my own money only, because they only promotion they had was 100% welcome bonus and I'm not usually interested in them.

I started to play Casino Holdem, which is my favorite casino game. I placed 1€ start bet and fortunately dealer mostly didn't qualify so I got about 20€ win, within fifteen minutes.

After that I visited Wolverine slot, which is one of Marvel's "family" games. I played it with 0.50€ bets and 50 autospins. The first 10 spins were absolutely empty, but then I got 3 needle symbols, which led me to 12 free spins.
