A warning to casual bettors - don't plan on ever getting the "free" signup bonus. The rollover requirement for the signup bonus was not disclosed, or if was, it was well hidden. I never would have signed up if I knew about it. To actually get my $100 signup bonus, I have to place another $2,000 of bets. Given that the vig is about 5%, that means all told, the "free" signup bonus is worth... nothing.

The live dealers are not bad. Could do better with the freezing and disconnections.

1. Casino Manager said they did not change the table limit and was unaware of it. They said it was done by their live dealer partner.

a. Their Customer Support already admitted earlier that they did it and it was done "across the board".
b. Evolution Gambling (casino provider) denied doing this. In fact, it was Evolution Gambling who 'fixed' the problem and said there was indeed an issue.
c. Even if it was their business partner who was responsible for this I have every right to question Sports Interaction and I know nothing about their "business partners".
d. If you read reviews from other sites. There have been instances when Sports Interaction would just cut a player's limit if that player is winning and players complained about it. There is a not a first.


2. Casino Manager said because my limit was cut into half it reduced my potential loss.

a. What about my potential win? They tried to offer me $500 bonus with another 100% match up deposit. I previously returned their $350 bonus because it is more of a liability to me because they don't tell you the requirements before you can withdraw your winnings. Read the fine prints.

3. Bottomline is, if you win a huge amount of money from the way you play (example: by doubling your bet after initial bet) there is no stopping them from controlling how much you can bet the next time.

Example: 1st bet: $1000 (lost) 2nd bet $2000 (lost) 3rd bet ($6000) you already lost a total of $9000 here. Now you are confident you can bet $10,000 here because the table limit is $15,000 BUT they will only allow you to bet $7,500 because they can do it and they will do it! If you lose they will tell you that they actually saved you money by reducing your loss but what they will not tell you is they will allow you to win back what you have lost in the first three bets! Very cunning. This is done during the game NOT before so there is no warning because any of their 'supposed partners' can do it without prior notice. SCUMBAGS!

4. I will be consulting a third (legal) opinion and hopefully this will reach Better Business Bureau, BCLC and even the court if need be.

5. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND DECEITFUL PRACTICE. They hide from technicalities but will target you and make sure you won't be able to play the game the way you do. I will make sure people will hear this experience of mine. Even contemplating on writing the media!

It has live dealers although lots of freezing and disconnection. They tell you it's your internet but I don't believe it.

First, withdrawing money back into your account could take ages compared to other casinos. I won more than 100k and I was told that twice per week withdrawal and then they changed their mind and said I could only withdraw once a week no more than 10k. Second, I find this casino very unfair. I was winning with my way of betting but they made a move to cut the table limit by half. This means I could no longer keep doubling my bet for a few times after each lost as the limit has been reduced by 50%. They said this is "across the board" but I find so many players in Canada who has the 'normal table limit' of 15k rather than only 7,500k. I complained to their live support (third party provider) who will investigate this matter separate from Sports Interaction customer service who is very much unhelpful. I lost all my winnings and I am smelling something fishy. I think they can't just change the table randomly when you are playing the game. Makes me think they are spying on me to make sure I won't win again. I am still waiting for the investigation by the third party.
