Hippodrome’s online casino has its advantage because it is already an established entertainment institution. However, I can’t seem to give them a perfect score because their site appears to be messy. Too many options but totally unorganised.

Withdrawal times are painfully slow, so much so that I closed my account because of it. They hold the funds for 3 days in the hope that you will change your mind and play them back. After 3 days, you can't reverse the withdrawal, but they simply says 'processing commenced'. A couple of days later you'll get 'payment sent'. Then 2 days later you'll receive your funds. It's not worth playing in the hope of a quick win, because you'll wait 8 days to get the money.

Wagering requirements are also too high at x50 for any bonus. I received several loyalty bonuses of £60+, but it's a waste of time.

I won't be playing here again.

The only negative thing I would say about this online casino is the slight delay in withdrawals (4-5 days to receive my winnings).

Do not touch this site with a bargepole. Good selection of games. Pay out was quite quick. Deposited $50 Won and cashed out $9000, money was in my account with in 5 days. Less then a month later deposited $75 and cashed out $1500. This time it was only 4 days to receive my money. Customer support was great, no complaints here.

Beware of the bonuses. Apparently when I signed up I opted in to receive automatic bonus. Now one would expect this to be occasional. However in the space of a few hours, and several deposits later, 5 bonuses were added each with x50 wager. The casino is a betway brand and is well established and recognised in the U.K. They even sponsor the snooker on TV. Played here for a couple of hours on a mobile device no real technical issues.

Beware! I have nothing but problem with this retailer. The speed and difficulty of getting verified, requesting payments and actually getting paid is really poor. I have been verified for 3 years a single withdraw for just 100 has taken 5 days to process and 7 to appear in my account.
