Hippodrome Online Casino - All information provided Payment not yet released

I set up my account on 27/01 and deposited a total of £730 via direct bank transfer. After playing I withdrew 1567.11 at 12.01 the same day. I sent over all of my identification. Documents. I then checked on live chat if anything else was needed and they said no and that I would be paid imminently. Since I requested a withdrawal on the 27th I was asked to provide proof of address and also proof of my debit card. - I have since sent multiple bank statements proof of address and Id. The operations asked for proof of ownership of my card as it wasn’t visible on my statement. I sent a photo of my card with all of the digits covered barring the last 4 digits as well as this I went into branch and asked for a print out showing my card info which they reluctantly gave me (it’s not normally something they do) I just want to clarify what the issues are as I’m waiting for my withdrawal.

I’ve also sent bank statements, screenshots from online banking showing the transactions, photos of my card with middle numbers covered, screen shots from my mobile banking app showing the card details as well. I am getting very mixed messages from support asking me for details I’ve already sent as well as telling me I would be paid. I’m very confused as everything I’ve sent more than proves my ownership of the card.

I am desperately trying to have this resolved as it’s causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I have checked the verification and withdrawal faqs on the hippodrome online website and they clearly state that screen shots can also be used. Please can someone help me I cannot speak to anyone on the phone due to Covid as phone chat isn’t working. The time frame stated has now elapsed and I really need my funds. I will attach everything I have from live chats and that I have sent over

Hippodrome Online Casino - Twice told I was verified but withdrawals still not processed
Three months ago I signed up to Hippodrome online Casino. I requested three withdrawals within a week.

3 months later and the withdrawals are not processed. I was asked to complete KYC. I sent in all my ID and three bank statements.

I received an email confirming I was verified.

A month later I had still not received my withdrawal. I went on chat and spoke to a manager. He spoke with Operations and they apologied, stated everything would be approved again and I would hear in 24 hours.

Two weeks later and nothing had been processed! I received another email when I chased stating they wanted a utility bill! I went on chat furious and was told they still wanted a utility bill. I specified I had provided three bank statements and a utility bill and copied the chat transcript I had with the manager. The chat agent was dismissive and said they would never process my withdrawal without another utility bill! My chat with the manager who confirmed the operations would approve and process everything within 24 hours had covered this! The fact I was paperless as an ethical and religious choice so could provide nothing more then I had and that this whole ordeal was making me unwell after I had been confirmed I was verified twice.

I need help here as Hippodrome are lying to me, spinning me in circles and saying im verified and withdrawals will be processed to then go back on this. They are breaching UKGC LCCP and this is making me sick with stress.

Ive attached confirmation I am verified and they are STILL NOT paying out!

The casino is a betway brand and is well established and recognised in the U.K. They even sponsor the snooker on TV. Played here for a couple of hours on a mobile device no real technical issues.

Difficult to understand if they accept players from the uk or not. I signed up ok but AskGamblers state differently. I played break da bank again and bagged over 16,000.00 from a 25.00 deposit- to good to be true?

Limited games on mobile devices. High wagering requirements. Suspicious reports from other game players.

Nothing.

Everything.

- Customer service tend to skip your question but still have the nerve to ask can I assist you on something else. (Ashley)

Advice to new gamblers (make sure you verify your details before you put any money...Casumo casino is good one quick responses to your query).

No no to Hippodrome.

Seemed like good offers all over the site, but you know what they say about things that look too good to be true.

Beware! I have nothing but problem with this retailer. The speed and difficulty of getting verified, requesting payments and actually getting paid is really poor. If I had known before what I know know I would have stayed clear. Says a lot that is a blacklisted online casino! Wish id paid more attention to the reviews before diving in!

Selection of games is fantastic but that's about it.

Been playing with this casino for years. Their withdrawals are unreliable and take forever. I have been verified for 3 years a single withdraw for just 100 has taken 5 days to process and 7 to appear in my account. Their customer service staff are rude and don't solve anything I'd be surprised if they could tie a shoe lace. My account is now closed and I won't be using it again.

I have never played in this casino before, it is blacklisted on Askgamblers.
Microgaming powered and available only in instant play mode this must be one of the newer casinos. The Hippodrome land casino in London and the online casino are actually one. The Land Casino won the Certificate of Excellence in 2014.

I also found a no deposit bonus for 30 free spins on The Ozbournes slot game. After registration when I opened the game the free spins were there and I had a win of only 1,20 euros. I have never played this game before probably because I am not a fan of The Ozbourne family and after the poor win I lost the balance in under a minute. The free spins were played on only 5 paylines. For me it was a surprise to see that a Microgaming casino was only available in Instant play mode.

The look of the casino is average, it didn’t impress me much. I didn’t want to leave the casino after only 5 minutes of play so I tried Instant win games and finally bingo. I have never played bingo before and wanted to try it out. They have a good choice of games. I think that So Much Sushi, So Much Candy and So Many Monsters are the games that are very popular in Microgaming casinos nowadays and I see that they have been added in their list of games.

I contacted live chat support and I am pleased with their service. In their bonus section they have promotions for the first 3 deposits. 100% for the first,25 % for the second and 50% match for the third deposit. I wanted to know the wager for the free spins bonus I took and live chat confirmed that it was 50 x bonus. I really hate wagers. I will deposit more to play with just not having to bother with a high wager. But the casino gives us money to play with and those are the rules. I have gotten accustomed to it by now.

Honestly I wasn’t impressed with this casino. I would say it is average and I don’t plan to make a deposit right now. In the future who knows.

Hippodrome is an entirely new casino for me to try out! As the name of the casino I find it to be a weird name. It sounds like a cross between "Hippopotamus", something with a D word and "Chrome". Possibly "Hippos Dumping Chrome".

As Hippodrome is a Microgaming platform I have nothing against it, after all it is my all time favourite software and with Hippodrome stating they are London's Iconic Casino that gives me a lot of reassurance because anything from the UK is well trusted and golden. What I found is Hippodrome did not have a download version for me to load up onto my desktop. This turned out to be both an advantage and disadvantage. The Advantages are I can just play on their website with no waiting for the download to complete and Live casino at my disposable which sounded new because a lot of Microgaming casinos do not have (and if this were already out why was I not properly informed?) this feature. The Disadvantages of this is I won't be able to play on games found on the download version like Sneak a Peak - Doctor Doctor or Planet Exotica. As this may act like a killjoy to me there was something to make up for the lack of games. At least Hippodrome had Megaspin - Break Da Bank Again and any games I would not find in the download version. I'm talking about Magic Boxes, Alaxe in Zombieland and Snake Charmer.

Since I still had a lot of cash to throw down I decided to use my loaded Mastercard to make a deposit for $100. With bonuses offered to me I did not opt for them seeing is how they would get in my way and not only that but I did not want to risk $100 towards wagering requirements. With my $100 I started playing on The Finer Reels of Life. It took a long while (about 19 spins) under a $1.20 bet per spin before I can trigger the first feature called Coffee and Chocolate. This is exactly the same feature found under Thunderstruck II (Valkyries feature) for 10 Free Spins at 5x. Now if they incorporated something else into the first feature I would be more into it (Random Wilds appearing anywhere with the normal wilds or the respin + 2x Wild feature from Muse, a NetEnt slot). The total win I got from the first trigger is $34.79. I saw two scattered stars within the feature but it never caught me a retrigger to award another set of 10 Free Spins. The feature only gave me a little cash over my first 22 spins to about over $11. That basically covered my initial spins.

I then switched to Megaspin - Break Da Bank Again to find a lot of Vaults showing up to give me jjust half of my $1.80. One feature came to give me $60.50 with the help of the Break Da Bank Wild giving me 25x my wins. Now I would like to see 5 Sapphires with a 25x Wild inside this feature some day. I wonder how much I could win if getting this on Max bet? Since the road became too muddy (wins were lowering) I had to try a different slot. Snake Charmer came in next. I found this slot to be very interesting because the feature gave me 10 Free Spins where every spin a charmed expanding snake would appear to increase my winnings. At times they appeared in twos, on rare occasions threes (2 together and one apart or all three altogether). I must point out that I got a bit dizzy just looking at the rainbow coloured swirling background when the charmed snakes appeared. But what I hated the most is when these charmed expanding snake appeared on Reel 5. This was entirely futile to me unless it completed 4 symbols with the expanding wild to complete a 5 combination win. I got $38.85 from the 10 Free Spins in just a $1.25 bet per spin. I was now up to $206.38. I later continued on two other slots, Age of Discovery and Girls with Guns - Jungle Heat. I climbed to $302.17 thanks to the pick bonus in Age of Discovery. One thing that became horrific in one of the triggers is I got a bonus and on my second pick I got a skull which ended my feature with $7.50.But the second and third trigger on AOD made up for this after carefully avoiding those ending skulls.

I did like my experience here in Hippodrome but it was lacking the download version. This was just the only problem I had. Overall, I will come back to seize more delectable wins. Girls with Guns were really playing hard to get when I tried to trigger the Free Spins. A 9.5 out of 10!

I first seen the Hippodrome Casino advertised on AskGamblers. It is a fairly new casino on the market and best of all it's powered by my favourite software Microgaming. I'm always on the look out for new Microgaming places to play. I'm starting to run out of ones I haven't deposited in..although I'm sure there are hundreds I don't even know about. I knew before even going to Hippodromes online site that I would make a deposit there providing they offer a bonus, which of course they do. All new players are offered a 100% deposit match bonus.

My first impressions of Hippodrome were really impressive. I was expecting the average look for a Microgaming powered casino as their home page, but it was completely different. The more I looked about the more I liked it. There is no download version yet. I don't know if there will be in the future but by choice I normally pick instant anyway so this was perfect for me. The instant flash casino is again totally different from your bog standard Microgaming casino. I did notice that unfortunately they do not have the massive range of slots Microgaming normally have to offer but there is still a hefty 10 pages to get your teeth into. That will keep anyone busy for an hour or two.

I spoke to Live Help first to see how the bonus was awarded and they informed me it was instantly credited. I asked if there was any chance of any free spins but that wasn't something she could offer me at that moment in time. Fair enough. True to her word I made my deposit of £20 and the £20 bonus money was instantly available for me to play. That was my first experience of the casino, this was my second:

A few days later I received a letter saying "As promised they had credited my account with the £10 bonus??" I didn't remember any promises like that being offered but I wasn't complaining so I logged in ready to play but there was no money in my account. I contacted live help to ask them about it but she didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She said they don't even send letters let alone have free £10 no deposit promotions. I told her I had the letter in front of me, it had their logo, company address and everything but she point blank refused to believe me. She was trying to make I was lying or something or at least that's the impression she gave. I offered to email a copy of the letter to her but she wasn't interested in seeing it. I knew there was no point getting worked up over something I never had anyway but they lost me as a player from there on. I haven't made any further deposits here as you probably already guessed but this is just due to a bad personal experience I had.

Hippodrome is actually an alright place to play, good selection of games and live help who while they are not my favourite people are, nevertheless, always there to answer your queries which for me is a very important factor.

Overalls, if I had to, then yes, I would recommend the Hippodrome Casino.

Good Luck.

Hippodrome online casino was a casino that I had to try out, mainly because I spent a few errant nights playing around in Hippodrome in London, so I wanted to see if this was the same business. The actual Hippodrome in London was a famous casino before it changed into a nightclub/restaurant and recently they were going to refurbish it back into a casino. In fact, the website looks as if it was designed by exactly the same people who designed Casino.com, but the software is slightly different – whereas casino.com is a Playtech casino, Hippodrome is a Microgaming casino. The website shows you the famous casino, and you can see the two tier view from inside the building -fond memories for anyone who ever played there.

There are over 450 games, and you get the opportunity for a £1000 welcome bonus.Their games include up to date slot games like Hitman, Asian Beauty and Alaskan Fishing. You can play all the games instantly, without a download and you have the chance to win the 4 million jackpot.

My experience of the casino was reasonable – when I attend a casino, I tend to look at how easy the casino is to navigate, what the games are like, and ultimately whether lady luck is kind to me.In terms of the casino design, the lobby is very good. You can speak to any of the customer support while you play. They also feature tonnes of decent slot games, and all the variations of card games and table games that you can imagine. The last criteria – whether I had a lucky day was better left unsaid. Even so, I cannot fault the bonus structure, customer service and the gaming.

There is nothing truly stand out about the casino, but if you are nostalgic about this casino, and you want a chance to play without having to endure a late night return from the West End, then it is well worth giving this casino a try. It is certainly competitive with all the other Microgaming casinos.
