I have requested 2 withdrawals from Hippodrome online on Tuesday 30th totalling £1304.75.
It’s now Sunday 5th October and the payments still haven’t moved beyond submitted.
I have spoken with them on chat and they just say it’s being escalated but can’t say why the payment is delayed or provide any timeframe for getting this sorted. They are still accepting and have accepted further deposits and say they can’t see any issues whenever I talk to them.
