I like their games and graphics some bonuses are good but can get you in a bad situation if you don't fully read and understand the tnc. Customer service is a flip of coin some really care it seems.

Hope their is enough room for all this 😂. Very confusing wording and trickery on their part to get players to mix bonus and or funds half of customer support ppl are rude and don't try to comprehend what's being said or asked they just start reading from a cue card. The verification process is a nightmare they kept rejecting my dl photos saying to blurry finally got a agent in chat to accept and forwarded to verification team because they had my birthday wrong they almost immediately corrected my birthday, said i was verified only to say not verified again two days later same reason photo to blurry, but when i stuck to my guns and demand to know how could it be clear enough to see and change my birthday, but not clear enough for verification they knew i had them and finally have left me as verified. And worst thing last ridiculous slow withdrawal time if i even get paid i know for certain i followed all rules and terms and conditions on. My current request for 875.28 filed on July 5th but of course they are dragging it out as i expected they would. I have documentation of account history and chats with 5 different employees in support who all agree that when they reviewed my account everything looks as it should and say it's just a matter of time but after reading so much negative about them, my hopes are not very high even with all my documents proving i have done everything accordingly. Is this casino still banned on this site or not?

I received a free 50 dollar chip from the concierge team due to the casino having an unforeseen blackout. There was a max 100 win on it. Now mind you I've deposited and on my player card it names me as a deposited. I won got it up to well over 100 winning a jack pot on plentiful treasure but it of course dropped off when my play thru was met. I then attempted a withdraw on 11/11/23 using bitcoin because it's the fastest method aside from Coindraw hut for some reason it wasn't an option at the time of my withdraw. I've used bitcoin to withdraw before and within 3 days received my payout but this time I'm still waiting. I canceled my withdraw request after 7 days of waiting and made a new withdraw using Coindraw witch advertising advises is 72 hours. This was on the 18 it's now the 23 and still no money at all. I am completely verified. My documents page shows completed and access granted in green.

Casino deducted a substantial amount of money from my account when I was in the middle of a hot-streak, without informing me, then claimed it was due to some bonus that a rep had given me (for which I was only informed after asking and waiting for a long time to find out what happened). When I was confused and irate, a customer service rep seemed to revel on the fact that I had lost money, making sarcastic remarks and antagonistic comments.
I literally couldn't believe what was happening. I have dealt with a lot of online casinos and this one is by far the worst, In fact, this may be the worst company of any industry I've ever experienced firsthand.
It is good that it is blacklisted, and know that despite the high number of complaints there are even more could be filed. I only wish I had found AskGamblers and read the reviews before giving them my business. Stay far, far away!

Bad service. Took 15 times requesting my money after submitting docs 3 times. No one answers their phone... chats have long wait times. They deducted about $400 off my withdrawl because of bonuses that I don’t remember getting l, but after a month it’s hard to remember. Their motto is “where it’s easy to win” they should add “but almost impossible to collect”. I would go anywhere but here.

I have not had an issue as of yet, although one of my deposited was declined. I found out later on that it was due to my bank not accepting it on their end.

I received a $65 no deposit chip to try out machines with a low x30 playthrough. Machines were quick to load on the online server and did not lag at all. Seems like a clean fun site.

I am a VIP player on this site, and have not received my withdrawal that I requested from May, almost 3 months ago! I would stay clear of this site and the several sister sites (Cool Cat) and others. Got an offer of $450 from Club Player casino and when I went to redeem it it came up with some BS excuse that it had been redeemed already. So I got on the chat line and they gave me a $50 chip, logged in again and found a new game called Orc Vs Elf and decided to play it. I was going great guns, got up to $180, didn't really care if I won or lost because it was free chip anyway. Put some back in and got down to $80 and decided to call it a night and the game said you can carry on where you left off (it's a sort of progressive story/plot game)

This morning I logged in, and guess what, NO Orc vs Elf game. Back on the chat line I go and asked where is the game, The operator told me it had been taken off for some tweaking as it was a new 3D game and would be put back up, but she didn't know when. I think it was taken off because it was paying too much and that was why it was taken off.

Also Australian players beware of no play through, no max cash out offers because if you go to lot of sites you cannot claim as you are on a list of restricted countries for that offer.

I don't think this group of casinos is any better than it used to be judging by the number of complaints that seem to be made against it, whether they are resolved or not gamblers should not have to be made to feel like criminals just because they want to withdraw their winnings.

Club Player, one of the worst casinos in the Virtual Group when it arrived in 2007. I happen to wanted to make a deposit because surely this casino fits some of my standards.

The first thing that struck out well for me was this $65 free chip that they used to have......holding 30 times the bonus and the second that I was really interested in was this 450% deposit match! During the time this type of bonus was what I was looking for....large bonuses fit for any optimistic player. I was very lucky just to try Club Player's free chip out before making an innocent deposit and well the rumors of other player's at a "different affiliate" were right about this casino, it is one of the WORST! Now to define "worst" in this Real Time Gaming casino it is but a few strings that needed some cutting. The really low cashout limit for finishing off the bonus requirements, $65 or 1x is sure to bring a smile to anyone if they hit more than that limit like a jackpot.

Second is the amount of games I could be playing but they limited my play area to Slots, Keno and scratchcards, that led no Blackjack or Roulette to harness that "doubling factor" which by that time is absolutely necessary. It's a shame really. The three games did not make me rich in the end. They were Aztec Treasures for 3 coins, terrible at hitting the 3 scatters I kept chasing them only to come up short every time, Crystal Waters for $0.80 a bet just to see a cut off stack of wild dolphins always one wild dolphin on the second reel and if it must make a stack appearance well it REALLY helps to give me one far away on reel 4 without winning combinations to link them.
