Viking Voyage is one of those war slots from Betsoft, and I know the only slot I like most is Viking Clash from Push Gaming based on the potential. Now, this slot has the potential and a brilliant paytable, but it seems that it's impossible to hit on this slot, or maybe over a million slots. My advice, just to buy the bonus and save yourself the trouble.

The first thing I hate is the resources this slot has, it feels like I am playing Blueprint gaming slots. The game spin fasts with reels, yet it’s very slow. I have a powerful laptop but most of Betsoft slots look likes its uses resources that makes it look very slow. They need to really fix this issue with their latest releases.

I believe highly volatile is what describes this slot perfectly. It's hard to win here, even though you get those stacked wilds, and they do appear, but it's always those near misses. You land a fully stacked wild anywhere on the reels, you will be awarded a re-spin, but trust me no symbols connect on this 243-way pay slot. It's really hard to win.

Trigger the free spins feature is also hard. This slot trolls you with 2 birds but never lands the 3rd for you to win. I got fed up and end up buying the free spins feature. I was awarded 12 spins and an x3 multiplier. Now I have seen 5 of kind lower-paying symbols plus 2 extra wilds can pay alone like x30, but how often do you hit it. This game makes it seems like you going to win, but just empty spins during free spins.

There is a lot of Vikings-themed games and betsoft really did try to jump into the train with this game relatively being new one released in April 2019 , it has 5 reels and 10 pay lines and 243ways to win which may not be that attractive but never judge a book by its cover , joke on the side to be honest, the graphics in the game isn't spectacular but the sound the other hand can really hype you up if you are into loud classic Viking themed music.

The game has a WILD symbol of course and it's Viking warrior king and it has a pretty interesting concept if you stack 3 of them on the reel you will have a free re-spin and hopefully a nice wins which happened to me and it was amazing.
Free spins are being triggered by getting longboat on reels 1 and 5 which will grant you 15 extra free spins and trust me when I say this that in my around 800spins playing this game I just got 3 bonuses, however, if you really want to play those free spins you can buy a feature which I recommend doing after long session because every coin symbol you get on a reel will reduce the cost of the buying feature.
The game has the double up classic gamble option where you can gamble your winnings and the nice detail added by them is that you can choose and gamble 50% of your winnings if you are scared to lose everything, the way you gamble is choosing between heads and the tail flip the coin and enjoy the show and hope for the best.

Seeing that game has RTP of 96.12 which is relatively low I was scared to start playing it but it didn't treat me too bad and I managed to leave with a nice profit playing it if you are into the viking-themed games it's worth a try and can be really fun to play.

Basically, the game hasn’t got anything interesting or new to offer, besides the usual free spins and a Wild Respin feature, and the win values of all the symbols aren’t that great either. Both the Wild and Bonus (free spins) symbols are non-paying, and the Scatter symbols pay a very low 40x the total bet for getting 5 of them. However, the Wild symbol does substitute for the Scatters, so that makes getting 5 Scatters a little bit easier, but easier said than done of course, Hahaha.

Getting a fully stacked Wild symbols on any reel would activate the Wild Reel Respin for each stacked reel, but only 3 Wild Reels can be won at a time, on reels 2, 3 and 4. Getting the free spins feature needs getting the Bonus symbol landing on both reel 1 and 5, awarding 10 free spins with a 3x multiplier, and retriggers are possible too. I guess awarding 15 free spins with a 3x multiplier for a 243 ways to win game would be out of the question! Hehehe.

There is also a ‘Buy’ feature for players who simply cannot wait for the 2 Bonus symbols to land to trigger the free spins. Personally though, I do not like, nor appreciate, this buy feature, because it is simply too expensive to buy, unless after a long play session, whereby the buying cost has been drastically reduced by many appearing Coin symbols. These Coin symbols do not appear frequently, and would appear mostly one coin at a time, so reducing that buying cost can really be a long-winded procedure! In summary, all I can say is that this Viking Voyage game does not pay well most of the time, despite that 243 ways to win. The best wins can only come during the free spins play, but needing retriggers to pay big, without which, the payouts would be quite dismally small! I had 4 of the free spins feature activated and played, and none could even pay 20x my bet amount! Very disappointing indeed!
