Perfect Date is a game from Betonsoft or also known as Saucify software. I have played this game a few times now and recently I had a 25€ free chip and I used it on this game. Saucify is definitely not my favorite software but I think that a few of their games are decent. Unfortunately, this one isn't the case.

This game is inspired by romantic date theme,which is quite cliche and I don't really like it. But not only I am not a fan for such themes, the design was also quite average- with teddy bears, candies and people holding hands. I don't know what but something deeper was missing for me.

But design was the least part of it. The game has 5 reels and 30 pay lines and as bonus it offers free spins round. To get it, you need 3 or more scatter symbols placed anywhere. In my experience it is really hard to trigger free spins, I have had them only a couple of times. The spins are probably the best part of this game as they are 2x multiplied and also have an extra wild symbol, but even with that in mind, I have never had a win over 50x bet and since it seems so hard to trigger the spins, in my opinion they don't even seem worthy to be waiting for.

But the worst part is the base game. I think that this game can be a real money eater and the payout percentage is low. I mean, the minimum bets are 30 cents and in my last session I played with minimums only and lost the whole balance in 20 minutes with no free spins round and no winnings higher than 10x bet. In my experience I haven't had any winnings on base game that are higher than 40x bet and mostly I would get just empty spins and some bet size winnings, so this game isn't even good for wagering purposes.

Overall this is one of my least favorite Saucify games and I surely won't be playing it any more. The design isn't for my taste and payouts are poor so I wouldn't recommend this one.

Perfect Date is a slot where love is all around and I think lady gamblers will like this slot a lot but for me this is interesting because of the unique graphical solution. At first sight the interface is not too impressive and though the background image have some decorative motive but it isn’t captivating and strangely the card letter and number symbols on the reels got a grey toned background while the main icons are colorful and nice as they symbolize different stage of dates, romantic moments and couples in love. At the beginning, I had no clue what is this discordant pictorial solution and didn’t understand it all but it just lasted while I was starting to play. Every win with card elements got a little animations when the grey color disappear and we can see some imaginative and suitable little clips like a win with 9’s reveals a mobile phone where we can read the lovers’ date will be at 9pm, or Aces turns into nice necklaces, 8’s give an insight to a e-mailed love message and so on. The graphics of the game is not the best I’ve seen but decent enough to be not considered as a shortcoming but the real strength of the appearance is really the enterprising original idea of the hidden animations and however I’m not that sentimental to be a real fan of the game this innovative visual appearance is really appreciated and thumps up to the creators for it!

Though at game segment we just meet with the well-known features but I think this slot is a correctly working product and even has some potential in it. The symbol named Beach Date is Wild of the game and when it’s substituting for a winning combination it doubles the won amount but if we’re lucky enough to see them forming a winning combination on an active payline the Jackpot is won and 7000 times of line bet prize is credited.

Perfect Date offers just one side game which is actually a free spin session but I think we can be more or less satisfied with it and its attributes. Three or more Scatters anywhere on the screen triggers the 10, 15 or 20 free games where all wins are multiplied by x2 (by the way the Scatter has decent paying ability as we can win up to 100 times of total bet with 5 such pictograms) and when the extra is starting a plus symbol is added which acts as an extra Wild (the normal Wild symbol remains a participant) which is not just replacing other symbols to help a winning combination but also has own paying power and can give out up to 2000 times of line bet.

I really think this is a cleverly built slot which possesses all the qualities we can wish and gives some extra what are simple respectable things. I’ve already told the greatness of appearance but I haven’t said that fortunately the gameplay is also a strength of the game as this has a better than average winning tendency and because of most of the symbols have relative good payout qualities and the great free spin feature we can be really surprised at times how profitable this slot is and what is equally important how entertaining this slot can be. I suppose there are some players – mostly male players – who hesitate to play with this slot because of its theme but believe me the game is not too emotional and really deserve to play with it so I can easily recommend it.
