When I first loaded up this La Dolce Vita game from Gamomat, I was greeted with a lovely Italian instrumental soundtrack, and a voice saying “la dolce vita”. I was wondering what the heck that man was saying, so I googled it up and saw that it means ‘a good life’. Ah, okay, so this game is about the good life of a Wine Grower, the Wild symbol in the game, but he appears only during the free spins play. He doesn’t appear in the base game at all, so there is absolutely no Wild symbol in play in the base game to create additional wins. Rather unfortunate, I would say.

The Wine Grower, the Wild symbol, is also a non-paying symbol, but he collects all the cash money from each bottle that appears during a free spin. Each bottle carries a win value of 5x, 10x, 20x or 50x the bet amount, but the lesser bottles appear more easily than the higher ones. Getting 3 House Bonus symbols would award 10 free spins, but getting 4 or 5 would award 15 or 25 free spins instead. No retriggering is possible though, so that’s one unfavourable aspect of the free spins feature game. Wish more free spins could be won, or retriggered, which would make this game even more interesting to play.

The Wine Barrel is the highest paying symbol, paying 200x for any 5 of them, whilst the other symbols would pay from 100x down to 10x. I really do not know, and it is not stated either, but I guess this is a just medium to low volatility game.

Nevertheless, La Dolce Vita is one interesting game, as far as I am concerned, and I simply love the soundtrack too.
