Doctor Love on Vacation is another well know game but I don’t know when Microgaming casinos has added this game, maybe long time ago, just because it far for new game. During free spins I think it is possible to get huge win, theoretically, but for me best wins never was higher than 100x total bet, but I had couple of smaller wins which make feature win better.

The graphics of Doctor Love on Vacation are easier on the eyes though as they should be since this version is a bit newer. The symbols are pretty much the same except as the theme of Doctor Love on Vacation suggests now they are decorated in a more sunnier holiday style. Looking at the paytable it doesn't seem they differ much from each other but they actually do.

While you could win 10, 15 or 20 free spins with a 3x multiplier on the first version for 3, 4 or 5 scatters, now the number of free spins is higher with 12, 16 or 20 free spins and a 3x multiplier for 3, 4 or 5 scatters. In addition, now wins generated with a wild during free spins are multiplier with 6x instead.

So from that perspective there is an improvement visible. The best paying symbol of the Doctor Love Wild pays 5,000 coins for a 5oak on both versions. However, the first version pays better for almost all remaining symbols. And these are the symbols you’ll get more often.

So eventually it all evens out more or less, but I think it’s good to highlight the differences in order to make an informed decision. They both also have a gamble feature, but I never tend to go for it since I usually end up losing the money I've won.

I played this game on the minimum bet by the way for a very short stint of around 200 spins. I didn't do too well as the base game never awarded me more than 15x bet. I did win like 50x bet during free spins though thanks to the 6x multiplying wild, but still eventually left with a small loss of 10 euros.

If I had to pick, then I would most likely pick the second version instead but it basically only really favours you during the free spins. I honestly doubt I will play this game again though as just like the first version it seems difficult to hit.
