When I signed up with this casino I didn't realise they were part of the unibet brand so proceeded to deposit and play. After a few days my account was suspended due to having already self excluded from unibet.
To be fair Joanne and Debbie who I've been in email contact have been very good stating I would get my deposits back as I shouldn't have been allowed to deposit in first place.
I've provided every bit of documentation which was verified,
They said last week they can't make payments back to the card method I deposited with so asked if I could send my bank details( sort code,account number, ibank number),
Which I done last Friday,
All I've got back since is please be patient we're dealing with your request.
Surely it would take 30 seconds to check this
