I have made a withdrawal of 12000kr Danish kroner, to my bank account.

I deposited with Neteller on their mobile site, but Neteller is not a withdraw option on mobile, so i choose bank transfer.

After the pending period they transfered my money back to the player account because they cant pay to bank when the deposit was made via Neteller.

They did tell me to go on my computer and ask for the withdraw to Neteller because this option is only valid on a PC.

I dont have a PC, and therefore i cant go on their site to withdraw the money myself.
The only thing i could do, was to ask them to close the account and pay me by Neteller.
They closed the account and Said that their Security team will manually withdraw the money but its 48 hours ago they promised me that they would look at it.

The support cant help me futher, and ask me to wait all the time and provides me with 3 different timeframes for a response..

They have a policy that Neteller withdraws are made within 12 hours, but i have waited over 48hours without answers
