I have decided to self exclude so signed up to GamStop but before I did that I had a balance in my account of just over £500. I emailed this casino asking for the balance to be withdraw, having already submitted verification docs. They then responded to say that my proof of address was not accepted and I should send a pdf version of my bank statement which I did on 20th June - 9 days later no response and still no money. I have sent a chaser email on the 27th June to which I have had no response. I feel like they are withholding my funds for no justifiable reason.
I originally sent my verification docs on the 9th June and registered to self exclude on the 12th.
