Thailand has got beautiful beaches and holiday resorts, and not forgetting, beautiful women! Even their transvestites are beautiful, but that's a different story, hahaha. Yes, indeed, it's a Thai Paradise. Once you've been there, you don't wanna go back home! You can take my word for it. So, when I first looked at the intro page of this game, I was saying "oh, come on Playtech, surely you can put up a more beautiful scenario than that!" It's just not befitting the name Thai Paradise! Luckily, blue is my colour, or rather, I like things blue, so that bit about the game is welcoming to me.
Frankly speaking, the pictures used for the symbols could be better. The ones used are okay but do not really do much justice to the paradise theme. The paytable is exactly the same as for the other two games, Captain's Treasure Pro and Rome & Glory. A huge payout can be had if you can get that Thai lady on all 15 grids. If I can get a Thai lady, I'd be happy too, but that again is a different story, hehehe.
Playing the game can be fun and enjoyable at times, but can be boring too, just as with the other two games as well. But then again, this is usually the case whenever any game goes into a long dry run with mostly empty spins or miserably low payouts. The fun can only begin when the free spins game start coming, as you eagerly watch those winning symbols expand to cover the reels they are on. Get 5 same winning symbols anywhere on the reels and it's fiesta time... get your girl and get to paradise time! Or something like that, hahaha. Sadly enough, I just couldn't get enough of that Thai lady. By that, I mean... you know what I mean, right? One, two or three just isn't enough for me, but that's all that I could ever get.
The thing that I don't quite like about this game are the alphabet symbols used. No doubt it reflects the Thai language font, but for a game, those articulated alphabets are rather confusing for quite some time. It made my eyes roll and swirl, just like those curves of the Qs, Ks and As. Not the curves on the lady though. It really took some time to get used to them, but I still don't like them! As for the intro page, I wish it could have been more nicely presented, reflecting more of the paradise theme, just as for the other games like Samba Brazil and Amazon Wild, for example. Ah well, for me, it's still better than the glory I got in Rome.
