Purposely delaying account verification. Coming up with ridiculous requests for sending selfie golding ID card against the background of the casino webpage. Other than that
* The phone number provided by the casino does not work.
* A phone number provided by support after explaining to them the above mentioned, they provided me another mobile phone that does not correspond with the one stated on the website, but it is a phone number to another casino.
* The Facebook page does not exist
* They have limits of daily withdraw requests for 1st level players which are not stated in their terms and conditions (The information was given by online support and I can provide screenshots of that). In concrete, the system allows you to request 1000 euro for withdrawing at once, but the maximum you are permitted to withdraw is 500 euro per withdraw and consequently per day. Meaning that your request won't be processed. And again this is not stated in the terms and conditions so customers wait few days only to get their withdraws canceled (screenshots available upon request).
* Asking me to send additional documentation that I was smart enough to send few days before they ask me, meaning that they have received the required but they ask again only to come up with another delay reason for account verification and consequently withdraw.

I hope I can ever get my 5.4 euro balance withdrawn.
