There is nothing much to like about this webiste. I am very disappointed and I am not going to visit Stelario any more. I suggest all the player to stay away from this website.


Verification of my account was a nightmare.
I have sent them my ID, print screen of e-wallet, also they requested an additional selfie of me with my profile on Stelario webpage which I have also sent them, and all of that was not enough. I have sent them print screen of my bank transfer to my Skrill account and print screen of the bank transaction on my Skrill.

They still were not satisfied, so they requested from me to send them all of my transactions of my Skrill account for last 3 months in PDF format, and that is a breach of privacy. On the PDF all of my personal transactions, including my balance can be seen. I did not agree with sending that documents, so I was left with nothing else but to gamble all of my money.

Good casino! I love the modern design also I deposit two times and winning not so much but I am in profit and had fun. Verification can be more fast they ask me for selfie were is complicate part, but I pass verification and now I can just enjoy playing :)


Can't understand why one of my favorite providers - NoLimit City is 94%RTP, but I check other providers they are not lowered and get good wins! Website is not fully done yet I am so excited to see more bonuses and features.

The fact that a casino tells me I can`t close my account cause they decided that my reasons for closing my account is not good enough is just scary. If I ask for it they should say of course, but can we ask why and nothing more.

You contacted support on 12/28/20 to close your account.
We strictly follow the rules of the project, and we also want our players to comply with them.

According to the rules of the casino, which you yourself have agreed and pledged to comply with, paragraph:
14.1. If there is no debt to us or any other Third side, you can close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on not less than twenty four hours’ notice to us at any time. You can contact our Customer Services Department - support@stelario.com for noticing us about your decision.
14.1.1. In request for closure of the account you may mention:
- the objective of your request (closure of the account);
- the reason of your decision (in particular if you are going to close your account because of concerns over the level of Your use of the Services. We will reply to your request after getting it. There will be a confirmation of closure of the account and the date, when this closure will be effective. Account Holder, for his part, commits to continue to assume responsibility for all activity on Your Account until such closure has been carried out by us (at which point the Terms of Use shall terminate).
