Great selection of slots and 24 hours live chat if I am not mistaken. Lots of Deposit options and withdrawal options. Site layout is okay and easy to navigate. But thats it!


The worst casino in the industry - I seriously thought that after my hiccup with verification, I would give them another chance!
They just keep on disappointing me over and over again. For a casino with so many slots and basically 24 hours live chat, they cannot even follow their own terms.

I have a withdrawal pending for over 100 hours, meanwhile I should have been paid within 48 - 72 hours max. I am disgusted with Stakes casino.
Here is another look at their withdrawal terms :

Point 12: STAKES finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.

My account is verified long ago.

Please stay away from this casino if you do not wish to wait long for you money, as they seriously do not stick to their own time frames.

Good selection of games

So, I've played this casino using their very attractive bonus policy. I won a small amount (80 euros) and tried to withdraw.
The verification process took, I kid you not, 1 MONTH. I was in contact with the live chat, and the excuses were textbook: first I had sent the documents to the wrong e-mail, then they had a large amount of whithdrawals and it was taking a long time to process mine. Well, needless to say, 1 month later I had already played the money I wished to withdraw and lost it. So yeah, avoid this casino.

• You cashed out again 70€ but you canceled the transaction on the same day (16.02),
• After that, you requested 50€ but then you canceled it again on the 17th and played your balance

so just a quick update.

As you can see I have been trying to verify my account since last year September/October. Apparently they have not received the documents, I have send it again. After a few weeks of nothing, they said the email address has changed and provided to the new one. This month alone I sent them a few emails on the 7th of February and still no feedback or response about my account verification.
I contacted them today and now they told me they only verify upon when requesting a withdrawals. Why did the rep on AG respond to my initial review and said they can verify it easily as well as other live chat agents say its in processing, now Alvis tells me another thing on live chat. Very bad for a casino with this rating.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the year, we had quite a lot of verification requests and as you did not have at the time pending withdrawal, it took more time to process the documents.
