Huge problem with KYC!!!
I asked for the verification in this casino on 11. 11. 2024 and sent them all the requested documents. Since then i am not a verified player so I can not do withdraw and the KYC do not react to my e-mails. I opened an account on ybets.net on October 24. The site looks nice and it was easy to use. I won a big win the same day. Spent some of it on more gaming. I wanted to take some money out and had an option to transfer to my card.
I did not hear anything in 10 days. Got an email from the KYC department and they wanted me to send pictures of my card and pictures of my ID.
I did that and it takes Another 10 days to get an answer. They wanted me to take new pictures in front of my website with my account and with id in hand and show my full face.
I sent those pictures and it took 10 more days before I got an answer. They say that the pictures were not good enough. I took new pictures and also made a movie with me in front of my site with my ID in hand. Werry clear pictures.
