95% of the time there's a "problem with provider, withdrawal cancelled" when trying to withdraw to the card. They have most likely set this up so players continue to play and lose their balance. Very sketchy casino.

Warning, my verification has still pending since 15/11/24 with the same excuses they told everyone I've sent all the documents they asked for later they said they would contact the provider of the game I won in order to 'check'.Also, I sent an email to the License they claim they have and I'm waiting for an answer from PAGCOR, so let me just withdraw my 1000$ and end this here.

I opened an account on ybets.net on October 24. The site looks nice and it was easy to use. I won a big win the same day. Spent some of it on more gaming. I wanted to take some money out and had an option to transfer to my card.
I did not hear anything in 10 days. Got an email from the KYC department and they wanted me to send pictures of my card and pictures of my ID.
I did that and it takes Another 10 days to get an answer. They wanted me to take new pictures in front of my website with my account and with id in hand and show my full face.
I sent those pictures and it took 10 more days before I got an answer. They say that the pictures were not good enough. I took new pictures and also made a movie with me in front of my site with my ID in hand. Werry clear pictures.
I have sent them many e-mail asking them what is status but get no answer in weeks. I have contacted their chat many many times and all they say you have to contact KYC. Tryed to tell them i do not get an answer from KYC but they only answered that i need to contact them. I i have sent around 15 e-mails to KYC with no response.
After many days again i got an email from KYC and they say that the pictures was not good enough again? Information is fully readable! This started to sound strange so
i contacted them again and wanted them to explain what the problem is but i get no answear. I started to get worried so i contacted Pagcor who they claim they have licensed under. Pagcor answear me that they dont have an license under them? Strange? So their KYC department dont want to help their gamblers in my opinion. And no licens they claim that they have looks like its not true.
