For more than two months now they haven't let me withdraw my money, they asked me for verification and additional documents several times and after I sent everything they stopped responding, I haven't had a response for 3 weeks now, and I write every other day on live chat and every time they tell me the same memorized phrases, that their colleagues are busy and will contact me as soon as possible, please help
