I am filing a formal complaint against Xon Bet regarding a withdrawal of 3000 PLN.

I requested my withdrawal on March 18th. For over two weeks, the casino support kept telling me that the payment was "in progress" and there were no issues. Today, after 18 days of waiting, they suddenly rejected my verification documents without any valid reason.

This is a clear stall tactic. My account was previously verified, and I have provided all necessary documents. The casino is intentionally delaying the payout of my winnings. I have screenshots of the chat history and the rejected withdrawal.I am filing a formal complaint against Xon Bet Casino regarding a withdrawal of 3,000 PLN that has been intentionally delayed for 18 days. I am providing a timeline of how the casino has been misleading me:

The Delay (March 18th - April 2nd): I requested my withdrawal on March 18th. For over two weeks, I contacted support daily. Every time, I was told the payment was "processed" or "in progress" and that I just needed to wait.

False Promises: The support agents repeatedly assured me that there were no issues with my account or documents. They kept me waiting purely to stall the process.

Sudden Rejection (April 3rd): Today, after 18 days of waiting, the casino suddenly rejected my verification documents without any valid explanation, despite previously claiming everything was fine.

Account Status: My account should be fully verified. This sudden rejection after nearly 3 weeks is a clear "stall tactic" used to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I have attached screenshots of the chat history where they lied about the status of my withdrawal, as well as the proof of the rejected documents today. I demand the immediate approval of my documents and the payout of my 3,000 PLN.

I have been trying to withdraw money from this casino since February 8, 2026. Unfortunately, this has not been possible so far because the casino does not want to complete the KYC procedure.

I was asked to upload a picture of my ID, a selfie with my ID in my hand, and proof of address. After I uploaded all the documents, nothing happened for several days. Then I received a message saying that the documents had been rejected. No reason was given, nor was it specified which document had been rejected.
It then said that I should upload a picture of my ID and a utility bill. I did this, again nothing happened for several days, and then it was rejected again for no reason. When it was rejected again on the third attempt, I contacted support. They suddenly told me to upload a selfie. Although I had already done this at the very beginning, I uploaded another one. Again, nothing happened for several days, then it was rejected for no reason and it said again that I should upload a photo of my ID and a utility bill. I wrote to support again, and they said the selfie was too blurry, even though it is a sharp selfie. So I uploaded another selfie and it was rejected again.

I have the feeling that the casino is doing this on purpose. They also take days to respond and never give a reason unless you ask.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting anywhere here and would appreciate your assistance.

Despite this, my withdrawal request from January 8, 2026, has still not been processed. Xonbet’s responses merely explain that my documents are in a queue due to high volume, but over a week has passed, and there has been no actual progress.

This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of concrete action from Xonbet is concerning. I urgently request that AskGamblers intervene directly to ensure my withdrawal is released without further delay. I expect your prompt assistance, as the situation has already caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Casino can't change my number

Made an account within this casino last weekend.

Deposited money and decided to withdraw. I saw my number was the wrong number and contacted support about this, who told me I can change it myself. Tried and didn't work. Have tried at least 10-15 or more and still the same issue. Old number doesn't get removed and the number I have on their site is a typo and not mine. Instead of 070 it should be 073.

Support told me to fill out a form, I did and sent it.

Now some different name told me to fill the form again and send.

They keep stalling and do everything not to change my number.

I didn't use a bonus, I didn't put wrong personal or anything, besides the typo of my phone number.

Support just doesn't want to help, and I’m not the first person who has issues with this casino.

The amount I have on my account atm is 550 kr. I deposited 300 kr. They also using Swedish sek and text, and according to Swedish law, they can't do that. But that's something else.

I have contacted Xon bet numerous times in regards to my withdrawals. Each time they reply I keep getting told the same thing. That they have a high workload atm and can i please be patient and that they will let me know as soon as the relevant department contacts them. I am verified and have already received one of my withdrawals so I dont understand the delay. in saying that I do understand if they have a high workload ect. but I would just like to be filled in on maybe how much longer it will be or if there is maybe something I can do to help them complete my request. there terms and conditions state 48 hours for withdrawals I have been waiting two weeks.
