I had completed the Free NO DEPOSIT Spins on numerous occasions and had been denied each time and not told why as I checked all of the boxes necessary.
Each time I reached out to an agent for help, and one of the times one of their agents had told me in the chat that he can see the screenshot I had submitted covered all of their terms and he had asked me to be patient. I was then denied again two more times afterwards.
For one of the other two Free Spin offers, I was told I had to deposit money first even though I am very sure there was no writing of this. The whole reason I followed through with these tasks was to receive the NO DEPOSIT BONUSES.
The Free Spins for Survey allows you to get through the survey then once you click after completion, the next page doesn't load correctly to send your survey in properly. I tried this 4 times. I was never given those spins either.
