Stolen 300 euro withdrawal and blocked account

I signed up with winspirit and deposited 200 euro to bet with. I decided to use this on sport.

The casino added a 200 euro casino bonus. I cancelled this and did not profit from it. Their bonuses are non sticky so did not effect my cash.

My bet won. I requested a withdrawal. The casino then cancelled my withdrawal and closed my account. Obviously this against any terms and EU consumer law.

I never lost my deposit, and my deposit and winnings were never associated with the bonus they gave me (I did not ask for and cancelled).

I would appreciate some mediation here as the casino is not helping me and claim promotion abuse? Which is not accurate.

The amount is 300 euros.

81330 euros Missing From My Balance Followed by Loss of Account Access
I am submitting this complaint regarding my WinSpirit account and a missing balance of €81,330.71.

Around the middle of July 2026, WinSpirit blocked my account without providing me with a clear explanation.

On 10 October 2026, WinSpirit asked me to complete KYC verification using my email address:

[email protected]

I submitted the requested verification photographs and documents. The verification was successfully completed and WinSpirit restored access to my existing account. The relevant KYC/support communication included ticket #4467517.

After regaining access, I discovered that my previous balance of €81,330.71 was no longer there and the account showed only approximately €1.

I immediately contacted WinSpirit. For more than two weeks I repeatedly contacted support by live chat and email. I was repeatedly told that the case was being reviewed by the responsible/specialized department, that further details were being clarified and that a final decision regarding my balance was still pending.

On 26 October 2026, while this investigation was still ongoing, I was suddenly logged out of my account and could no longer access it.

After that, several WinSpirit support agents told me that they could no longer find an account connected to [email protected], even though WinSpirit itself had used this exact email address only around two weeks earlier for my successful KYC verification and restoration of access.

I never requested or authorized any change to my email address or other account details.

I have retained extensive evidence, including WinSpirit KYC emails, support correspondence, live-chat conversations, screenshots, ticket references and account-related information.

I cannot independently determine what happened internally at WinSpirit. However, I am extremely concerned about possible unauthorized or otherwise unexplained changes to my account, account access and financial records.

I am requesting the following resolution:

1. Immediate restoration of access to my existing verified account through:
[email protected]

2. Restoration of my legitimate balance of €81,330.71.

3. Preservation and review of all wallet, transaction, security, email-change and administrative audit logs connected to my account.

4. A clear written explanation of what happened to my balance and why my verified email/account access was changed or lost.

5. Confirmation that no unauthorized withdrawals or account-detail changes can occur while this dispute remains unresolved.

I have tried to resolve this directly with WinSpirit for weeks. I still have neither my balance nor normal access to my verified account, so I am asking AskGamblers for independent assistance.

I want WinSpirit to restore access to my existing verified account through [email protected], restore my legitimate balance of €81,330.71, preserve and review all relevant security and transaction logs, and provide a clear written explanation of what happened to my balance and account details.

VIP status taken away

Hi, I had a Gold VIP status with WS and under the terms and conditions of their new VIP program set up last fall, now you have to spend X number of dollars and made X number of bets by a certain date in order to retain that status.

It says the higher the status, you receive faster payouts, more exclusive benefits from your VIP manager, more access to tournaments, etc. I looked at my status and how much I needed to spend and what amount in bets I needed to surpass in order to keep my Gold status. 6 weeks ago, it looked like mission impossible.

But by the time the date was up (end of March), I had done it, I believe I had to spend $9000 and make 120000 in bets. I even messaged my VIP manager and said "I have good news. I met the requirements and maintained my Gold status." She congratulated me and seemed genuinely happy. Later that night I happened to notice that was status read "regular player" and indicated I was working my way up to bronze status. I couldn't believe my eyes. I knew I had met the requirements, but unfortunately my past betting numbers were gone.

I didn't have the proof in front of me. Support staff said I lost Gold because I didn't met the betting requirement. I knew I did, but even if I didn't, why go back to regular player? Why not go down a step to silver? It made no sense to me. I was very upset. I emailed support, and my VIP manager. It was two days before I received a reply from support saying I lost my Gold VIP status because I didn't make enough bets. I DID spent the required amount of money, rhey assured me. I never did hear from the VIP manager I had for 7 months or more.

All of a sudden a new VIP manager was assigned to me. She said I had bronze status now. She too said I didn't make the required number of bets, but again I knew I did as I had monitored it for months. I watched everyday as I moved up to the requirement and then surpassed it many days before the deadline. I should have taken a screenshot.

The new VIP manager has given me some free spins and two $45 cash bonuses since this happened late last week. She is doing her best to keep me happy and I'm being more than thankful and gracious to her. But I want WS to show me documented proof of all of the bets I made since the new VIP program started. I want them to show me where I didn't make the requirement in bets. And, I want to know why I went back to "regular player" status, but when I became very upset, I was told I was the lowest VIP bronze. To add insult to injury, they moved me down three steps, then told me that I shouldn't worry because I would get back to Gold in no time. No I won't. It cost be about $60,000 to get and maintain Gold. I'm not putting that money back into that casino. I can't afford to even if I wanted to. But I would have happily been a loyal player with the gold status. I've spent about $900 to $1000 in 9 days as a regular player/bronze. I haven't won a dime. If I deposit $50, for instance, and put it at a low bet of .40 cents (that's the bet I notice is most likely to pay out) I haven't won anything worth a withdrawal in my eyes.

Anyway, that's how it is with that casino. It will payout for a few days and go cold for months. There's a definite pattern there. I suppose it's the same at all casinos. Can you help me get the information I need? I'll attached what info I do have access to
