Wildz Casino - Removing winnings after 3 months

Hello.

I deposited on Wildz Casino 2024-04-18 with 5000kr. I ended up in total with 172 715kr on my balance after i finished wagering the welcome bonus they have. I was really happy about it and i understood that i would probably have to go trough some KYC.

So i did do their KYC. This was quite the troublesome experience. My documents were rejected with no reason as to why, so i had to reupload and talk to support foer a long time. Nevertheless, i got verified eventually.

I tried to withdraw 2024-04-19 14:29:27. However they never seemed to process my withdrawal. So asked live support almost daily. I always got the same response back. "we are waiting for the relevant team etc..." Eventually i started emailing them instead. I have attached relevant screenshots. So on 10/7/2024 I have been waiting for almost 3 months with no lucky from either the "relevant department" or the support team.

2024-07-10 10:43:42 My funds were "manually adjusted", meaning nothing else than my original deposit amount is left on my account. So in total 167 715,00 kr were removed from my account.

I haven't receiv any email regarding this adjustment. However once i talked with the support agent today i got told that i have to wait for a reply from the relevant department. This is the same message that i have received for the last 3 months, furthermore she explained that the support team has been asked to wait with processing my withdrawals with no explanation given.

Nothing to dislike
Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, that's all part of gambling. At least playing here you know what your in for. No dodgy rigged games. Even worse, rigged casinos. Winning big elsewhere and end up spending hours of your life on those painful live chats to some complete idiot who probably still wears nappies and collects stamps. Or else's you play the email game with the mysterious 'other department'. Really they both have matching blue lunchboxes, sit in the same office and both enjoy the telltubbies

Wildz casino is part of Rootz limited which seems like a decent group operating online casinos. They have an extensive selection of games in their library, good promotions, and a low wager which is x35 the bonus amount only which is good.

They have games from many providers such as Push Gaming, Play'n Go, Netent, Pragmatic Play, and many more. There is a live casino section but not that big though. You will also find some exclusive games from them, so you will never run out of casino games to play at Wild Casino.

Promotions are 100% bonus with 200 free spins. The spins are issued at 10 or 20 spins per day on different slots with a 10 cents value. I hate this setup, as I would like to get just 200 spins all at once. The nice thing about their free spins is it does not have max cashout, even the no deposit spins you will get from time to time. The wager is very low which is x35 the bonus amount.

There is a level up system on the left that fill up stages as you play casino games and award you with free spins after each level up. Mostly I got spins on Book of Dead, and for me, that is a no-no…

Support is always available to help and sometimes change spins as games are restricted, so they never have an issue doing that, but expect your spins always to be on a Book of Slot from all providers, so winnings are generally very small.

So, for a casino with all these great things, I still don’t know why they offer instant or fast withdrawals. Verification takes up to 48 hours and withdrawals another 48 hours. I mean these days withdrawals should be the same day and I do not understand why this owner Rootz limited takes so long to pay.

Overall great casino, I would play here more often if withdrawals are faster, as I also notice players complain about long withdrawals.

Very easy to navigate. Love that you start playing with real money first then with bonus money. Everything is well organized. You get free spins continually under the reward program.

I’m still waiting for my account to get verified it says 24hrs but it has been three day so don't expect that to happened. Chat agents keep repeating the same thing but I won't pass this to complain till it reach one week.

Like Many casinos I've played at, sometimes they confuse my Interac Bank Card (which is a Visa debit card) as an actual credit card, so I had trouble withdrawing some winnings one time. Support solved the problem right away. So not really a con.
