Wildz Casino - Removing winnings after 3 months

Hello.

I deposited on Wildz Casino 2024-04-18 with 5000kr. I ended up in total with 172 715kr on my balance after i finished wagering the welcome bonus they have. I was really happy about it and i understood that i would probably have to go trough some KYC.

So i did do their KYC. This was quite the troublesome experience. My documents were rejected with no reason as to why, so i had to reupload and talk to support foer a long time. Nevertheless, i got verified eventually.

I tried to withdraw 2024-04-19 14:29:27. However they never seemed to process my withdrawal. So asked live support almost daily. I always got the same response back. "we are waiting for the relevant team etc..." Eventually i started emailing them instead. I have attached relevant screenshots. So on 10/7/2024 I have been waiting for almost 3 months with no lucky from either the "relevant department" or the support team.

2024-07-10 10:43:42 My funds were "manually adjusted", meaning nothing else than my original deposit amount is left on my account. So in total 167 715,00 kr were removed from my account.

I haven't receiv any email regarding this adjustment. However once i talked with the support agent today i got told that i have to wait for a reply from the relevant department. This is the same message that i have received for the last 3 months, furthermore she explained that the support team has been asked to wait with processing my withdrawals with no explanation given.

Customer service is on the ball. They are fast, efficient, and effective in communicating with their customers. Levelz is an extremely cool feature that may even entice me to stick around for a while. I don't want to hate wildz. Im really trying my best to enjoy the experience.

My negative experience so far playing here will certainly have an effect on this review, forcing me to only give wildz casino a 3/10 rating. Let's talk about the issues. The no deposit spins didn't work properly upon registration and I had to get in touch with tech support right from the beginning. They fixed my free spins and it worked after. I decided to take the impressive 250 spins welcome bonus. I wasn't exactly winning any money but I didn't care because I felt like the welcome bonus was a great deal for 10 bucks. When it came time to redeem my free spins on gonzos quest megaways on day 3 of my freespins lineup I was locked out of playing the game. Nobody explained to me why I was getting an error but I am unable to play gonzos quest megaways at all on my wheelz account. Don't make promises you can't keep. I got on the chat and they tried their best to resolve the issue. Giving me the replacement spins on book of dead was a nice gesture but it didn't give a paying customer what they originally signed up for. And while I can say this casino at the very least tries to outdo it's competitors in bonuses they came up short living up to the promises being made. I was really disappointed in the outcome of my gonzos quest megaways game. I felt like I was entitled to those spins and I never got them.

Good selection of games. Easy to understand layout. No issue with deposits. Been at Wildz since November 2019. Won a large amount (6 figure CAD) in 2020 and was paid out instantly without issue. Won large again in 2021 (high 5 figure CAD) and again was paid out instantly without any issue (next day!). The Support staff is great to deal with and handle any query I might have in a timely fashion. Bonuses are good as well as the level-up bonuses. Recommend!

I don't like the fact I can not play some games from certain game providers but that's attributed to the country I reside in and has nothing to do with Wildz.

Well good games, otherwise I don't rly get how they compete in online casino world.
I don't know what I liked, guess I won money from them?😂 Overall at least the games worked and loaded, that's about it for me.

Withdrawals seem to be very hard for them to pay, there's nothing to lock ur money so I have guessed that they just keep intentionally delaying withdrawals to get people to play back their winnings.
-Pretty simple look, nothing special, there's no novos or at least book of ra etc.
-Very bad online chat, they r clueless always about your withdrawals and money, they don't seem to know anything about that.
-I personally think there's a lot better casinos, actually pretty disappointed in Wildz, even tho I managed to make some money from them.

Really cool interface and the option to deposit with many depositing options including Sofort which is a rarity nowadays.
Don't really have any positives to say.

They want to be "compliant" with that 5 seconds between spins and slow moving rolls on some slots + no autospins which makes the whole experience simply disgusting.
88% RTP makes every game a deadspin house!
Never had a withdrawal here.
The list of games is bare minimum.
Probably will never play here again.

The layout is easy to use and I can easily switch between games on both my PC and phone without any trouble, They also have a solid selection of games available. I also like their bonus setup and the staff are prompt and send you the chat after you are finished. They are also the fastest withdrawal I have ever had to NZD (36hrs!!)

Initially, I had a couple of big wins and they took more verification every time, however now we are now past that, To be honest, I would like for them to get Thunderkick games and that is about it - Keep up the good work!

The site looks pretty decent and has a good selection of games. Their live chat is responsive, albeit not that helpful when it comes to getting your money from them.

You probably won't ever see your money. They asked me for a bank statement. I provided that. They asked me for a government tax return. I provided that. You will always get asked for something different until it's something that you won't have, eg. a water bill. They won't pay out your money unless you have a water bill. It's an abuse of MGA guidelines.

The casino is quite easy to use and well laid out. The support staff are responsive but nonetheless useless. That's it. Please read my negative before signing up!

I've been fighting with the casino for 3 weeks as they keep refusing to verify my account. In order to verify my address, I've provided clear images of a recent bank statement, a phone bill, a certificate of insurance, a letter from the Revenue of Ireland and a driving license showing my address. This is more than enough. The casino is insisting upon a utility bill (water/gas/electric only) which I've told them at least 20 times I don't have as I live with my parents. I can't stress this enough. The casino is in violation of their MGA license and the MGA won't listen to me either. This is absolutely disgusting. I am losing sleep over it now. They will NOT pay you out unless you pay water/electric/gas bills. They will happily take your money though. I am beyond furious that they've effectively stolen my cash.

Wildz is a casino that I joined over a year ago. They were new and I noticed them on some affiliate site and they caught my attention. First of all, while their name isn't unique, the name combined with the casino design seemed interesting. Besides that, they had a really nice welcome  bonus offer of 100% bonus along with 100 free spins and only 35x bonus wagering requirements.

At the time I claimed the welcome deposit bonus and played Twin Spin along with a few other games. The bonus is a parachute one and I wasn't doing well at first, so I lost my money quickly and started playing with bonus funds. Still didn't get any good wins and lost my balance. However, then I went to play my free spins which was a part of the offer. I didn't win much but afterwards I had a few great wins while wagering and eventually finished wagering requirements. I sent them verification documents and didn't get any reply. My withdrawal was pending for several days so I finally spoke with their support and they helped me. I also received an apology for the delay and their support was really helpful. After that. I then received my winnings the next day. 

Since then, I've played at Wildz casino many times and I do enjoy them. They have a nice rewards program where you can level up and get free spins bonuses- sometimes even wager free or with higher value. Best level up offer I had was 15 free spins on Book of Oz at 1 eur value. Their mobile casino is nice and game selection is really decent, with all the major providers like Netent and Play'n Go. While they don't have consistent bonuses, they have often sent me generous free spins deposit offers and also free spins so I can admit that the offers they have are interesting ones.  I've had a few withdrawals since then and all in all, never really had any problems.

Good sleek design on the site. Probably one of the best around.
A few decent bonuses on sign up in the first couple of weeks.
Good option of deposit methods.

Dreadful withdrawal times. Anywhere from 2 days to over a week almost two at high traffic times.
KYC is woeful, 3 days to over 7 days.
Not a good range of new games or providers and the providers they do have they dont even have all the games.
Not the best support around but not the worst.
Can't recommend due to the all the above.
