Unfortunately, the pros don't matter much due to their absurdly low withdrawal limits (500€/24) and equally absurd processing time (3 business days). My last withdrawal at Boaboa took almost 3 full weeks to fully process. And it would have been closer to a month if I hadn't reversed some 1000€ of the pending withdrawals and lost it. And that's exactly how they operate. They will retain your balance / winnings for as long as possible just to see you reverse and lose most, or all it back. Disgraceful. So unless you are a penny player, don't park your money here!

It was requested on Saturday, November 23. and it was paid on Monday, November 25. A withdrawal request is finalized in up to 24 business hours, or 3 working days to be exact. The casino is well designed and the loyalty program with the coins and the achievements you can play through is well made. And there are a lot of providers and almost any game you might need.

First of all I have to say, that this was the last time, I ever rely on informations about a casino displayed at askgamblers. Sometimes some really important details are missing, and sometimes this info simply is wrong.

I deposited twice at wazamba, first deposit was lost but with the second one I won big. From 30 Euros to 3.8k in short time. It was my lucky day -until I tried to withdraw a part of that money.

- Withdrawal limit 10k/month might be right, but wouldn't it be more important to mention the limit of 500 Euro per day? That's ridiculous, sorry nothing else.

- Pending time 0-24 hours? Don't know what universe this is made for, for me the announced pending time was three days! But not enough, five (5!!!!!) days after withdrawal I received an email, that my withdrawal was cancelled, because of (not further explained) 'technical problems' WTF?!?
So I made another withdrawal the same day, which finally was processed another four (4!!!!!) days later.

So in the end the withdrawal of 500 Euros took me around 10 days. Within that time almost any player would have been able to lose the other 3.3k of his winnings. I did that for sure. So I had 500 Euro paid out, but the feeling I lost a lot of money because of a casino, that isn't really willing to pay this money...

We asked you to request the withdrawal once again and we carried it out as soon as our issues with Trustly were over, which happened within 4 working days from the time you requested it. There is an idea to the casino design, thats nice. They also have many paying options that I can pick from. So money for game is easy to put in casino.

But the design IS VERY CONFUSING. On the web, there is games, bonuss, notifs and the casino menu. They use more colors on page and the games have many colors too. And the site loads slow too, maybe cause of too much graphics?

The games are working good, sometimes you lose, sometimes you win, the interface is user friendly and there are lots of bonuses. The customer service works ok but there can be improvements to it.

The verification takes so long, they said that takes 3 days which is a lie, the financial department is asking everyday just for one document, they don't have a list of them, and if you reply to them the financial department all you get is a automated email.

Placed 6th in tournament, never got a straight answer why I didn’t receive any winnings. Customer service absolutely of zero help. No explanation even when I asked them to close my account because of this problem. Very disappointed with this casino.
