To receive the bonus that you have selected and that it always has to take so long after the deposit has been paid for the bonus to be credited via chat. I am sure that a web designer could easily insert direct buttons for the bonus that lead directly to the deposit page without always having to ask in the chat blocking yourself with error messages which is also very irritating.
