Volt Slot Withdrawal AGAIN taking over 6 days

Your site helped me with a complaint before with this casino. I am again having the same issue with a withdrawal taking 6 days.

The casino is again using word for word the same copy and paste responses as before 'It is now with the payment provider' 'expect it in your bank in 5 days'.

AGAIN, the transaction is a cryptocurrency withdrawal, therefore there is no bank and the transaction is instant. But again it is not received.

I do not understand how this can happen every time I use this casino for a withdrawal.

Withdrawal has left casino account but not credited LTC wallet casino giving conflicting information
Hello,

I had a withdrawal of 400 euro pending with Voltslot to my LTC wallet for 5 days. When I chased the support said it would be processed in a few days.

The pending withdrawal then vanished from my account. However It did not credit my LTC wallet. I contacted support and asked them to supply me with the transaction hashtag so I could trace through the blockchain. They refused. They then reverted to saying it would be processed in a few days (despite it not showing as pending in my account). This was 3 days ago and nothing has been received and no transaction hashtag has been provided.

I am fully verified and have played at the site for 6 months and had withdrawals before.

Not processing crypto withdrawal and giving false information
Hello,

Unfortunately like many other players it seems, volt slot are giving me the run around on a small crypto withdrawal of 105 euros.

This was requested 4 days ago. Their terms state 48 hours. Engaging with the support has been awful. They give conflicting/false information, firstly claiming the withdrawal has been processed but it will take the payment provider 7 days to process, this is just blatantly untrue with crypto. Then when I pointed out the withdrawal cannot have been processed as I can still reverse the withdrawal they still claim it has been processed but I can still reverse the withdrawal. It's just completely untrue and not logical.

I note you have helped other players on here with basically the same issue so am raising the complaint here in hopes of you helping me with the same.

Voltslot again not processing withdrawals despite saying they have

As per my last complaint, which you helped resolve, I am having to open a new complaint for the last 400 I withdrew from my account.

Just like the first complaint, where the site claimed it had been processed, then began sending the copy-and-paste responses, the same is happening again.

Withdrawal was processed last Sunday to Skrill. Of course, it has not been received by Skrill, and AGAIN, Skrill has stated they have no incoming payments.

Despite contacting the site and explaining this and requesting to speak to a manager or to be directed to the finance team, I am again hitting brick walls.

AskGamblers helping again would be great.

VoltSlot Casino - Complaint regarding unprocessed withdrawals
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding withdrawal delays and lack of transparency from the online casino Voltslot.

On August 9, 2025, I requested 2 withdrawals of €40 and €966 to my bank account at National Bank of Greece. Despite repeated assurances from both casinos that my withdrawals have been processed on their side, the funds have not appeared in my account.

I have repeatedly requested transaction proof or any documentation confirming that the withdrawals were sent, but casino refuse to provide a transaction ID or any supporting evidence. All communication from them consists of copy-paste messages stating that the withdrawals are with the bank, without any concrete confirmation.

I have contacted my bank regarding this matter, and they have confirmed that no incoming transaction has been initiated by the casino.

This situation has caused considerable stress and financial inconvenience, and I believe the casinos are acting non-transparent and potentially unfair.

I kindly request AskGamblers to:

1. Investigate these withdrawal issues.


2. Advise on possible next steps to recover my funds.


3. Publish a public complaint to alert other players if necessary.



Attached are all email communications between myself and the casino, which serve as evidence of the unprocessed withdrawals and lack of transparency.

Voltslot Payment not received despite the casino claiming it was processed
My account has been fully verified for months and withdawals/deposits have been processed in the past.

On this withdrawal I received an email four days ago saying it had been processed as normal. It has been 4 days and the money has not been received into my skrill. Skrill have stated no payments from the merchant (Fairgame) have been sent or are in the midst of being processed their end. Despite this being what the Volt support team attempted to state (They also seemed to get confused and ask for a bank statement at one point?)

From other complaints here I can see this is a recurring theme. It seems something isnt being done on the merchants side and support is unfortunately reluctant or unable to communicate with the payments team.

Askgamblers helped me with the same issue with Volt 6 months ago.

I have had the email saying the withdrawal has been processed but unfortantely it has not been received by skrill. Last time this happened it seemed the money had not actually been sent. Despite the email saying it had. Seems to be a confusion in the processes at Volt with their withdrawals. The terms say it should have been received within 48 hours. It hasnt.

I would appreciate Askgamblers helping again as it seems to be the only way it is resolved.

Yet AGAIN I am having trouble getting a withdrawal from VOLT. This is despire me having a VIP manager (apparently, although he never responds to emails).

Voltslot AGAIN not processing withdrawals in their Ts and Cs stated timeframe
Yet again my withdrawal from Voltslot has exceeded the 48 hour period their Ts and Cs state it takes to process withdrawals.

My withdrawal has now taken over 4 days and has still been stuck on pending.

This is for 200 euro and the last amount of money in my account from my original complaint on askgamblers where the withdrawal had exceeded four days.

Voltslot claim skrill withdrawal has been processed but not been received

I am submitting this complaint for a second time under the 'delayed payment' section of Askgamblers complaints section. I have also been advised to resubmit by the askgamblers support.

This is a complaint about a DELAYED/Missing payment. NOT a complaint about the casino's withdrawal procedures.

My withdrawal was successfully processed by Voltslot 5 days ago now. It was requested by Skrill, all previous withdrawals once processed were instant (as skrill is an ewallet and is always instant). The withdrawal has not been received. Skrill has confirmed nothing has been received.

The email support said the money had been sent. However the online chat then gave me somewhat conflicting/confused information, they seemed to think this was a bank transfer.

I am getting nowhere on email support with the casino and the VIP manager emails I sourced from online go unanswered.

My complaint is identical to the last complaint from another user against this casino which you resolved over 6 months ago, so there is no way this complaint doesn't meet your requirements.

This is for 300 euros. I assume there has been a glitch so need help resolving this with the casino.

It was very easy to join the casino and they offer multiple deposit methods which suits most of the users I believe.
They also Evolution Gaming live games which is nice if you like to play on this Live provider.
But that's all I can say that is 'good'.

Updated after complaint being unresolved
As long as you gamble on Voltslot casino and lose there are no problems at all on this casino. Once you win some decent money and want to withdraw the issue starts with them. Unfortunately, I do see this a lot of time with Curacao based casinos that will do all they can to delay your withdrawal pending time hoping you to change your mind and gamble it all away.

According to the casino I was verified on day one and they do claim that withdrawals take 24 hours to confirm before sent out for payout, but all of this is a lie as they kept exceed their claimed withdrawal time. Even when I asked again if there is some delay the answer was always no it should take up to 24 hours to confirm.
This casino also has no responsible gaming policy at all so no help tools to restrict your gameplay.
And given their lack to resolve complaints on here it is clear what kind of casino this is.
That's why I do recommend every player to reconsider his/her choice to gamble here and find a casino that have fair pending times and don't delay your withdrawals.

Voltslot is a good casino where you can find the best slot games. I also enjoyed playing thier table games. I just wish the site had more gaming options aside from the usual casino games.
