Your site helped me with a complaint before with this casino. I am again having the same issue with a withdrawal taking 6 days.
The casino is again using word for word the same copy and paste responses as before 'It is now with the payment provider' 'expect it in your bank in 5 days'.
AGAIN, the transaction is a cryptocurrency withdrawal, therefore there is no bank and the transaction is instant. But again it is not received.
I do not understand how this can happen every time I use this casino for a withdrawal.
