Voltslot again not processing withdrawals despite saying they have
As per my last complaint, which you helped resolve, I am having to open a new complaint for the last 400 I withdrew from my account.
Just like the first complaint, where the site claimed it had been processed, then began sending the copy-and-paste responses, the same is happening again.
Withdrawal was processed last Sunday to Skrill. Of course, it has not been received by Skrill, and AGAIN, Skrill has stated they have no incoming payments.
Despite contacting the site and explaining this and requesting to speak to a manager or to be directed to the finance team, I am again hitting brick walls.
AskGamblers helping again would be great.
