Winnings are cancelled for wrong reasons. Two of my deposits were booked from my bank account but never got credited on the casino, you have to send them your bank statemant and after three days you can play never had this issue somewhere else very frustrating if you have to wait three days on your deposit. The casino just cancels winnings and doesn't pay out which is what I consider a scam. If you play with bonus money almost no slots are allowed. Also the slots are not restricted which means you have no idea if the slot you play is forbidden or not. The live chat is slow and can't really help you they always write generic answers. Overall I strongly advice players to not play in this casino because this site is sketchy. There are a lot better casinos listed on ask gamblers. I highly regret playing and registering in this casino. The support is horrible and bad. they are super slow at cashouts they say 3 hours but they use 5 days. I can only cash out 200 euros at the time in crypto. Second, they managed to steal 1000 euros from me claiming I broke TOS, funny thing is that I ended the bonus and started to play higher wagers with my winnings. So the tos was never broken. All but the wagerfree bonuses is a total catastrophe. They have absolutely zero player respect.
