Made a withdrawal using trutstly. It's been pending for over 2.5 days. Finally got a support tech to check it and she said there was information missing from the withdrawal that's why it's been staying as initiated. I asked her to cancel it and now claims that it will take 1-3 days for the money to be seen in my account. They claim to be a play and pay instant in and out. But this will take me over a week to get.
