I've deposited a lot here but never receive any loyalty bonuses or promotions? Also they don't have BTG slots which aren't my favourite but would draw more people to play.

The site. Was playing bonus money when bonus round payed small amount of 28.60. Not much, I know but my point is that my phone battery died as bonus ended. On logging back in, no evidence of win. CS were useless saying they had no record of it. As I said it was small win on bonus money but what if it was big win on real cash? I would be very careful here, never seen wins disappear before! The bonus system is a fraud. I deposited £50 and did not get the bonus. I was told that I had to wager 10 x the deposit to qualify. Anyhow, I won £400 from the £50 (using my own money). That is being held in bonus money!!! HOW can they say my money is bonus funds when I have not even qualified for the bonus or used any of there bonus funds.

A fraudulent Company. They do not honor welcome offer bets whatsoever whilst hiding behind fraudulent terms and conditions, as well as several other well documented and unethical business practices. These practices are highly suspect and bordering on criminal fraud. They are currently being investigated by IBAS, ASA and The Gambling Commission after an unusually high number of complaints. Too put it bluntly - they are scammers. I urge punters to AVOID this company at all costs. The only good thing was the guy here who responded to me but can't seem to reach him now.

I originally removed my bad review because myself and the rep here came to a mutual agreement over my complaint. However it has now gone badly downhill again since I gave them a second chance. Promised 10% cashback today on my losses from last week, waited all day, nothing came, no communications from them whatsoever - checked with customer service tonight and again given their awful treatment. They are rude, they don't care about the customers (VIP or anyone) they can't provide answers to basic questions and it's just diabolical. Waiting over a week for withdrawal I contacted on chat to be told thst extra information was required. Thst had not been requested before my withdrawal would be processed. Very similar situation than with another casino that I shared on Ask Gambler. Terrible experience last year with Tony Bet. After winning a big amount of money (£15k) I put in place both wager limit and time out on my account to make sure that I would not be tempted to gamble this money again during the extremely slow withdrawal process of the website. Oh boy, TonyBet casino, where shall I begin? Personally I really like TonyBet because they have everything, my favorite games, great layout, easy to navigate website etc. Been a member since 2014 and I made several deposits but didn't managed to make any withdrawals because I didn't had any luck. Somewhere in 2015 I finally got a little bit luck and requested a small withdrawal, the day after they sent me an email saying that I need to send them the necessary documents in order to process the withdrawal.

The requested documents were sent and the next day I got a reply from them. My ID was accepted but the Skrill screenshot was not. So I need to send them another screenshot of my Skrill account showing my name and account ID and what not. Patiently I replied to their email and included the requested documents.

Another day has passed and still not received my withdrawal, asked live chat about it and I was shocked when I was told that my ID didn't matched with my Skrill account.
