Nothing positive to say, poor site, passive aggressive customer service. Avoid.
The site. Was playing bonus money when bonus round payed small amount of 28.60. Not much, I know but my point is that my phone battery died as bonus ended. On logging back in, no evidence of win. CS were useless saying they had no record of it. As I said it was small win on bonus money but what if it was big win on real cash? I would be very careful here, never seen wins disappear before! Very dodgy site.
Hi, First of all sorry for your bad experience. If bonus rounds get interrupted in progress, these rounds are "incomplete" and winnings are recredited during next visit - generally it takes 24 hours. The bonus system is a fraud. I deposited £50 and did not get the bonus. I was told that I had to wager 10 x the deposit to qualify. Anyhow, I won £400 from the £50 (using my own money). That is being held in bonus money!!! HOW can they say my money is bonus funds when I have not even qualified for the bonus or used any of there bonus funds.

The only good thing was the guy here who responded to me but can't seem to reach him now.
I originally removed my bad review because myself and the rep here came to a mutual agreement over my complaint. However it has now gone badly downhill again since I gave them a second chance. Promised 10% cashback today on my losses from last week, waited all day, nothing came, no communications from them whatsoever - checked with customer service tonight and again given their awful treatment. They are rude, they don't care about the customers (VIP or anyone) they can't provide answers to basic questions and it's just diabolical. Sent documents and after having to send proof of residence twice it was finally accepted
As each drop down box for verification documents showed as accepted I believed that my withdrawal would be processed. Waiting over a week for withdrawal I contacted on chat to be told thst extra information was required. Thst had not been requested before my withdrawal would be processed. The withdrawal was not a large one, I was withdrawing from site as the slow game play was irritating.

The welcome offer I was told I would get, but as below this wasn't honoured.
The customer service is pathetic, refusing to issue a refund on my deposit (not touched) and then cutting me off before I had finished talking.
They want me to deposit more money in order to get my original deposited funds back... Are they serious? This after providing documents they don't require as I passed the age verification check.
