Tikitaka didn't prevent me from accessing my account, even though I had requested a block due to a gambling problem.
Instead they started agrressively offer me more deposit bonuses and bonuses via e-mail and sms.
Livechat, support and VIP didn't care as i multiple times said that i have a gambling problem and want my account closed.
I lost over 6400€ after i asked to close my account due to a gambling problem.
I asked for refund of the lost money cause clearly they don't follow rules of responsible gaming and use vulrenable players to their advantage.
I think it would be fair that they would compensate that lost money.

On 9 June 2025, I contacted TikiTaka and clearly requested permanent self-exclusion.

My exact message was:

“Please close my account and exclude me permanently.

Reason: lack of control, gambling addiction.”

This was not an ordinary account closure request. I specifically told TikiTaka that I had lost control of my gambling, that I was experiencing gambling addiction, and that I wanted to be excluded permanently.

On 18 June 2025, TikiTaka confirmed in writing that my account had been closed.

Despite this, my account was later reopened or reactivated, and I was permitted to deposit and gamble again. After the account was reopened, I lost approximately €600.

TikiTaka was fully aware that I had requested permanent self-exclusion because of gambling addiction. Nevertheless, the casino allowed me to return, accepted my deposits, and allowed me to continue gambling.

I was also offered a promotional bonus on 26 June 2026, despite my earlier permanent self-exclusion request and disclosure of gambling addiction.

I then had to request account closure again, and TikiTaka confirmed the account was closed on 18 July 2026.

I believe TikiTaka failed in its responsible gambling obligations by:

- reopening or reactivating my account after an explicit permanent self-exclusion request;
- accepting deposits and gambling activity from a customer who had disclosed gambling addiction;
- allowing me to lose €600 after the exclusion should have remained in place;
- offering me a promotional bonus after my self-exclusion request;
- requiring me to request closure again after the original permanent exclusion had already been confirmed.

I have written evidence of:

- my permanent self-exclusion request dated 9 June 2025;
- TikiTaka’s confirmation dated 18 June 2025 that my account had been closed;
- the later promotional bonus offer;
- the reopening or reactivation of my account;
- the €600 lost after the account was reopened;
- the later account closure confirmation dated 18 July 2026.

Resolution requested:

I am asking TikiTaka to:

1. Refund the full €600 lost after my permanently excluded account was reopened or reactivated.
2. Confirm that my account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened.
3. Permanently exclude me from all TikiTaka websites, related accounts and associated brands.
4. Stop all marketing, bonuses and promotional communications.
5. Explain how and why my account was reopened after my permanent self-exclusion had been requested and confirmed.
6. Provide a full record of my account closures, reopening, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and gambling activity.

I believe a full refund of €600 is fair and appropriate because these losses occurred only after TikiTaka failed to uphold my clear and permanent self-exclusion request.

I requested the closure of my account approximately two weeks before the events in question because I was dissatisfied with the quality of the service. My request was not related to responsible gambling, self-exclusion, or gambling addiction.

Despite my closure request, the casino did not respond for two weeks and left my account fully active. During that time, they accepted my deposit of $60 CAD, allowed me to place bets, and accepted all my wagers without any restriction.

After I won and requested a withdrawal, the casino immediately informed me that my account had been closed based on my previous closure request. My withdrawal was not processed, and my winnings were cancelled.

I believe this is unfair because:

The casino ignored my closure request for approximately two weeks.

They continued to operate my account as normal.

They accepted my deposit and all my bets.

They only enforced the account closure after I requested a withdrawal.

If my account should have been closed because of my earlier request, it should have been closed before accepting my deposit and allowing me to gamble. I believe it is unfair to accept my money and bets, then rely on a delayed closure request only when it is time to pay my winnings.

I am requesting that the casino pay my legitimate winnings and explain why my account remained active until I requested a withdrawal.

I have been trying to get my withdrawal from the site for weeks now. From day one they blocked my withdrawals. I asked chat help why this is and they said I need verification. But when I go to the verification page it says I don't need it.

I have been in chat / email loop for ages now trying to get someone to help with the withdrawal. They only say that it has been send to "relevant team", but won't tell any timetable. Only "very soon" every time.

Hi, my account was closed on this casino or put into review as they say, anyways, I've been sending emails to the casino to get the withdrawal of my funds, which that I have are 873 euros, however, they told me to wait in the 21th January and since then I've not heard anything from them. I haven't passed kyc as they haven't requested any documents and have not responded to my email. The account was closed probably around the start of January so it's already been a long time with no advances regarding the withdrawal

I am reporting an issue with TikiTaka Casino (tikitaka.com) regarding a withdrawal that has not been processed and an unexplained account deactivation.

I deposited $4,000 via Interac e-Transfer through Gigadat and played normally. I met all Terms & Conditions, completed KYC verification, and requested a withdrawal. The casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.

After the processing window passed with no update, I contacted support. They said they would “accelerate it with the finance department” but did not provide a timeline. Shortly afterward, upon my mentioning of escalation, my account was deactivated without warning. I now cannot log in, view my balance, or access my transaction history. I did not receive any email, explanation, or request for additional verification.

At the time of the deactivation, I had a legitimate withdrawal pending for $3,600 with another $12,039 in the balance (they only allow total 3 withdrawal requests at a maximum of $1,200 at a time).

I made 3 separate withdrawals, each for $750, for a total of $2,250. On November 2, 3, and 4. It is now November 12. They say in their terms that it should take 3 business days for the withdrawals to process and obviously it is beyond that. I have contacted their live support and they keep saying they know it's delayed and it will come soon. Where are the withdrawals? I am not the only player who has this issue based on the other complaints made about this casino.

I am experiencing serious issues with TikiTaka Casino regarding my withdrawal requests.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 22nd August, and as of today it has been 10 days with no processing or payment.

My account had already been verified, yet my withdrawal remains pending without explanation.

Today, the casino placed my account under review without providing clear reasons, and I am now unable to log in at all.

I have contacted their support several times, but I only receive vague replies and no clear timeline for when my funds will be released.

This situation is very concerning, as the withdrawal amount of three withdrawal requests of $1500 is being withheld without justification, and I no longer even have access to my account. I also have $1325 on my balance on top of those three pending withdrawals.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring that TikiTaka Casino processes my withdrawal and restores my account access without further unnecessary delay.
