Player Reviews

Wow I have left a few ratings and always gave a few good points buts all I can say is they have slots and a bonus offer.
Everything: terrible bonus wagering games don't play and did make several deposits on which 2 playing minimum stakes. Didn't hit a single bonus round just sucked threw and then I clearly ask to be removed from mailing but get spammed every single day (see pics). Have sent over 20 emails to there support and to this day ain't had a single reply absolute terrible site!!

I actually didnt really like anything. The only way to win with this casino is deposit, instant win, instant withdrawal, other than that, nothing.
Please fellow gamblers, read the other reviews as well, the bonus system is horrible. You cannot wager with bonus money. So the moment you have only 'bonus funds' its basically the same as playing for fun. There is no way to withdrawal or to wager, so your stuck. Unless you deposit again and use new 'real money' to continue wagering. Please stay away, this is one of the shadiest bonus systems I've ever come across.

Fast withdrawals. Decent games.
The bonus is simple and actually I prefer their bonus system because if you win anything you can withdraw without worrying about wagering. The only thing you forfeit is the extra bonus funds (example...if you deposit £20 And get £20 bonus but win £400, the only thing you lose is £20 bonus. You can withdraw the £380 instantly without worrying about losing anything due to wagering). So, quote frankly, I do not understand why others are criticising. It's a fair system.
Nothing to dislike so far. Just hoping for regular new games.

I was really feeling bored and restless one day, so I browsed through the casino's list at Askgamblers, yet again, looking for anything worthwhile to take up. There wasn't much around, to be very honest, because the newer casinos were either restricted from me, or that I have already signed up at them. Only the casinos that I had skipped earlier on remained available, and so it was that I decided to give The Palaces Casino a try. The rating by Askgamblers was a superb one, but strangely enough, the reviews by players were all in complete contrast! How can this be, I was wondering, and my curiosity made me signed up at The Palaces Casino - to find out the reasons for myself.
Upon visiting the casino's website, I saw that they were offering 20 free spins for new players upon registration, and this caught my interest further. Well, 20 no-deposit free spins upon registration, plus 50 more free spins with a first deposit, so 70 free spins was an attractive deal after all. Upon reading through the casino's T&C and their Bonus Policy, I then saw things that I didn't like at all, conflicting policies in fact. In one clause, it states Bonus money can be played and be used for wagering contribution. In another clause, it states Bonus money does not contribute to any wagering requirements, so which is the right one, which one would take precedent in cases of disputes? Nothing more was mentioned, but players' reviews do state that Bonus money did not contribute anything at all to the wagering requirements. Damn! I should have read these reviews first before signing up at The Palaces Casino!
Where games are concerned, there were only NetEnt and IGT games available, so the choice of games was rather limited, with not many games to choose from. There weren't any restrictions on games that can be played with Bonus money, but then again, playing with Bonus money would not contribute to any wagering requirements, so no restrictions were needed in the first place. This is a very misleading catch actually, whereby players may be happy to know that no games are restricted from play with Bonus money, but not knowing that playing them would mean nothing at all. Only play with the deposited money counts towards reducing the wagering requirement, which is in fact even worse off than the Bonus Lock System deployed by some casinos, whereby the Bonus money eventually becomes real cash money after completion of wagering. In the Palace Casino terms, this does not happen, and the Bonus money would removed completely after play.
Well, I had wanted to get assistance from the casino's Live Chat service, but it wasn't available then, not online as yet, so I had to send them a message instead. Some hours later, a reply came back confirming that the 20 no-deposit free spins were no longer available, so I didn't get anything for my registration. However, they did remind me that I would get a 100% bonus plus 50 free spins if I make a deposit, but after knowing their Bonus terms, I didn't want to take it up at all. That would be utterly useless! Anyway, that 50 free spins would only be playable the next day after the deposit, so that's one more thing that I don't like at all.
Well, without my favourite games, without Microgaming games, and with the casino's ridiculous Bonus Policy, there was only one thing left for me to do - log out and forget about The Palaces Casino! Luckily though, I did not make any deposit, so I had avoided an otherwise big disappointment for me.

Good selection of games on mobile. Initial withdrawal was completed quickly but only as I had not used a bonus.
Terrible bonus terms. Complete con. As soon as you make the smallest bet with your bonus money you have absolutely no hope of withdrawing it as wagering with bonus funds does not count in wagering requirements. Emails to support are not answered. The terms are not clear and I was originally told by live chat there was a system error and other people were having the same problem as me and a manager was looking into it. Avoid this casino!

Game selection ok, Site runs well. Accepted welcome bonus 100% managed to build balance but saw wagering was not adding up. Contacted livehelp who eventually replied.
Total con of a bonus.. Its basically useless the bonus funds do not wager against the bonus.. so low and behind, the funds are basically play money unless you wish to deposit again and continue wagering..The rogue term and condition is well hidden but not within the general bonus terms and conditions, no they go a step further to hide there rogueness by placing is as point 16 in the terms of the welcome bonus...
*The Casino Bonus balance cannot be used to fulfill the wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the concerning promotion
Live help are slow and basically copy and paste. Although I Imagine they are confronted with this situation daily.

I seen that this casino was certified on ask gamblers so thought I would join. They have plenty of netent games that I play but not much else by other providers.
The bonus terms are one of the worst I have ever come across.
I deposited £50 for a free £50 the wagering was £1750 I thought that is reasonable. I Had played at least a £1000 of spins so thought I would check on wagering. It said I had only wagered £126.
So went on live chat (has to be the slowest I have ever come across a minimum of 10 minutes just to reply to a question). What I was told is once you go into the bonus money you stop wagering so then have to deposit again to start getting through the wagering. I was on about £300 at the time.
Never heard anything like this before I have to deposit again so I can start trying to get through the wagering, I like to play with bonuses so this casino is no use to me at all. I just raised all my bets to a high stake to lose the bonus money and will never deposit here again.
My first review
- fast response on email (less than 24h)
- fast verification process, I send all documents before asked for withdraw
- then first withdrawal of £400 was processed in around 5hours, paid in to my bank card in less than 24h
(I don't take any bonuses)
I'm very impressed with the service :) Thanks
Not so big collection of games to choose hope will be more soon.
No paypal payment option.
