Some good providers on the site, design looks alright i guess. Other than that i cant think of ANYTHING.
Live Chat is basically a bot. They spam you about bonus offers but when you need help they are nowhere to be found.
The bonus system is absolutely awful. They keep giving you bonuses which are basically play money since they are non cashable. I had an issue where I won up over 1500e, but my wager bar didn't move on the site. So I had to contact live chat to keep myself updated with the wager.
When the wager is done it took me 4 hours (13:00 to 17:00) to get a response from live chat when i want to cash out. At this point they tell me "your bonus non cashable, only for entertainment purposes" no earlier mention of this from the live chat or in the promotional email. Then they had the nerves to ask me to deposit more money after playing for 10+ hours for no reason.
You can also only play betsoft and pragmatic play slots on bonus balance.
I asked live chat MULTIPLE TIMES to close my account on Tangiers and their sister sites, 2 weeks later and all my accounts are still active and getting spammed with offers.
How this site has beyond 2 stars I can not fanthom, looks appealing at first but my recommendation is to stay as far away as possible.
