Spinrise withdrawals are capped at NZD5,000 per week, NZD10,000 per week, and NZD20,000 per month, which is pretty high compared to most other new online casinos.
Of course, this isn’t true for members of the VIP club, where withdrawal limits increase and cashout periods get shorter. Until you’ve become a VIP, you can expect the casino to review your cashouts for up to 48 hours, including on the weekends.

If you need help, you can use the 24/7 live chat feature. I contacted them to ask about the responsible gambling features, and the person on the other end gave rather detailed answers.
