The games and the providers are good, good image and easy navigation through the casino page, in general the web is very well found they find everything very easy.

It's a nice mobile casino, bonuses are pretty much same as everywhere else they have online support and are pretty quick to process docs. They have some fairly good games.
Would like to see more games as I think they don't have as many providers as some of the other casinos. Being a new casino I think they will add more with time.

Can't register with protonmail because I didn't take an email from casino. After that, I registered from google post. Also games very lag in Opera, but in other browsers they loaded quicker. Bonus system is horrible for new users because you can operate only with your deposit.

Bonus part: the bonuses therms are weird. I mean; In ur account it says; real money and bonus money. So you should expect that when there is still bonus money u can't make a withdraw; obvious. So when all u got is real money and no bonus money I can withdraw because u wagered it all. That's wrong.... They tried to explain it to me, I still don't get it. Why make it so difficult? For customers, it feels like a scam. Emails to helpdesk can't be delivered most of the time.

Spinatra casino is one of the latest online caisnos that I joined. I was browsing some online forums and came across an exclusive offer that claimed new players could get 5eur no deposit bonus after signing up and providing the customer support with a specific bonus code.
I did check out the review Spinatra casino has here on Askgamblers and right off the bat I can say that even though it states here that players from Malta are not accepted at the casino, they are in fact. I'm not sure if the casino has changed their restricted countries recently, but as far as I'm concerned, I was able to sign up from Malta without any problems or error messages.
I signed up at the casino on a weekend and unfortunately the casinos' customer support don't work on the weekends, at least when I tried to launch the live chat, I wasn't able to do that and was redirected to the email. And if I'm being honest, I find it as a downfall. If I have a question or experience any issues, I want to be able to get in touch with support right away, not wait till Monday. Regardless, I sent an email to the casinos' customer support explaining my request for the no deposit bonus to be added. I received an answer from the support via email early Monday morning- not ideal but still better than not at all.
I received 5eur no deposit bonus that had 50x wagering requirements.
