I don't like the way they hold the amount and come up with excuses. 48 hours hold and processing and if it's weekend it will take almost a week. This is way to tease people to reverse the funds and lose it. I find it dishonest.
I love playing in this Casino! No problems withdrawing my winnings. Won several times from $200 and up to $1000 , got the money in within 4 days using idebit.

-Slots (microgaming software) is supposed to be 100% random to be legal. Well after you get a big hit, it is nowhere close to random. In fact, the thing basically shuts down. Bonus playthrough is ridiculous if you accept the $400 match bonus your playthrough is a whopping $20000 also if you like to place sports bets they will hold your withdrawals for slots as well. If you accept any match bonus or even ylif you cash your loyalty points this all requires playthrough of 50x what they give you. What's the point in loyalty points if they are going to make you spin through 50x again if you want to withdraw.
Also my first payout took almost 3 weeks after my initial request and this was after they had approved all my documentation.
Last and not least very poor customer service they will not allow you to speak with anyone with authority when something goes wrong so you are at the mercy of very poorly trained customer service. I accidentally typed my password wrong once and they started sending me text messages and emails on how to reset password. I've asked to be unsubscribed from their mail list 3 times now, i'm still getting ads to my home address. I tried to change address to a fake one so they would send the ads to that address instead, you'd need to send your utility bill for that. Once you register with your information, they will NOT stop sending you letters / emails, no matter what you tell them.

Update. I can't brag enough about Spin Palace. I received my first win from them $5200.00. No problems. They do have a long pending payment withdrawal 48-72 hrs but I believe as long as your information stacks up. I was a first time player and got paid. Also my son recently won 27,000. and he got it all there was a bit of time because it was his first withdrawal but he got it all. So big ups to Spin Palace. My advice; Use your own personal credit card, have I'D in the credit card name and all address documents and you should get paid.

I'm waiting a 5200 payment will keep you posted on the time it takes to receive. I was initially told a 24hr pending payment wait to get 1st email. This afternoon I was told 48 to 72hrs. The free games were hard to get but once I got them it paid well.
